there are some Pakistani pashtuns who identify with punjabis, and also use the word pathaan to identify themselves. However, I guess that is just for social reasons.

Gaduwal I simply can't understand...If you people can't strengthen the sense of unity and solidaity amongst Pashtuns and don't believe in that cause, why are you and Nokia Apridai on this board in the first place?

And why this reference to history again and again? How can that help?

If you people don''t believe in Loy Afghanistan thing etc., what is your concept of Pashtun unity? Instead of converting it into war of words (like feuding women) come up with some concrete suggestion...

my concept of pashtun unity is pashtunistan.The afghan pashtun can stay where they are.whoever rule their country tajik,uzbiks etc non of our business.We want better relation with ruler of kabul.
Pashtunistan was supported by the afghan king zahir shah and pashtun nationalists.
Is it good to leave urdu club and join farsi club.Farsi destroyed our language more then urdu.

I do,nt know you people have some problem undersatnding the real point.
where is the demand by the afghan govt for your loy afghanistan?
why mr karzai and his gang of warlord silent on this issue?
Try to do some more search on this issue,When dawood khan was killed a hazara leader sultan ali keshmand was dancing and said that today is the end of pashtun rule of 230years.
These few afghan sitting in the west enjoy up on socail benefit will get you loy afghanistan,come on.These people will never come back to afghanistan.The afghans are still suffering and they want food,education,hospital etc



what will happen if pakistan close the chaman,torkham etc borders for afghan trade and afghans?

We want our own pashtun identity.why you people want to join a landlock country rule by non pashtun with farsi its national language?
