I have not met educated afghans (bar pashtuns) , i come across poor afghans on daily basis in hospital, shops, hotels etc so i have experience with only poor and uneducated afghans. I have noted that afghan shop keepers like it when you speak in pashto with them but they dont get free with you. They are sort of indifferent, bekhi chai sut ba na tarta kai. And on other hand i usually have great conservation with pashtun shopkeepers of pakistan like that from charsada, mardan, swat etc ,dair dase yi de chai ya rotai sut ba tarta waki.

i have also noted that Kp pashtuns are comparitively soft in nature and tongue while i have great difficulty in dealing with afghans in hotels and shops, that is pashtuns of afghanistan are generally more short-tempered than kp pashtuns.

Kp pashtuns are more active in religous activities, i think due to pakistan.

afghans wear typical pashtun dress, that is patkay, khat partog, waskat while dress of kp pashtuns is getting down simpler.

Are you saying that Afghan Pashtuns are some sort of cave men? That's what it sure looks like.

I wanted to say that i have not the chance of meeting with an educated afghan, surely there would be many educated ones.
Boy i am noticing that you are weak in getting the meaning of simple things, i am sure my english is not that bad.

Cmon my dude, you were being ambiguous. It's ok, hopefully you will meet educated Afghans, instead of the downtrodden ones.

I've met pashtuns from both Afg and Pak. It really depends on the people you are meeting. From recent interaction I can say that some of the Afg families were really lovely, yet the other's were dodgy and benefit theives. Similarly, the Pak families can have the same mix of people too, some really lovely and some aweful. Totally depends on who you're meeting. I've noticed that educational background plays a massive role as well.

The most important difference between pashtuns of two sides is economic conditions. Afghans are extremely poor while pashtuns of pak have comparitively improved economic conditions.
In our ayub teaching hospital, large number of afghans come to treatment even directly from afghanistan. As a student I have to take history and GPE from them. In history we ask them about their economic and social conditions. I have noticed that they are very very poor. Like kohistanis they have very poor hygenic conditions especially their women...because Even in summars afghan women wear very thick clothes, males wear wasket and turban...in gynae ward i have noticed that , like most of the poor people, their women are merely child-producing factories. Their medical history tells us that they are married in their teenage and keep on reproducing each year...many of whom dies in infancy...a 30 year old woman has usually 8 or 9 childrens and she looks like 45 year old woman....the age gap between husband and wife is large...recently i came across a case in gynae ward which 15 year old afghan girl has husband in 40s.

^ Yeah yeah Luffy, we all get it by now. So what if terrorism is spread in entire of Pakhtunkhwa? At least, thanks to Pakistan, next to terrorism 'your' Pukhtoons also enjoy education. And so what if every single Afghan you met is uneducated and poor (I wonder which village you live in), at least they can afford to be in a hotel. According to your own comments. Tsk tsk.
