11. Makh kawa----مخ کول-------flattering
Sentence: Nokia Saeed khan porey der makh kawee, zaka chey dwara afridyan dee.

12. Makh fanah kawal---مخ پناه کول----To go away
Sentence: Za' wrak sha makh fanah ka, chey bya dey forum ta raa na' shey.

13. Da cha da makh na sharmedal---د چا د مخ نه شرمېدل----To give respect to someone/to offer regard to someone.
Sentence: Angaar der klak stargey dey, da chaa da makha na' sharmegeee.

14. Makh wranawal----مخ ورانول-----To show hate/anger etc...
Sentence: Makh ma' wranawa! Maa darsara tokey kawaley ta' pa rishtya shwey.

15. Makh arawal----مخ اړول----To avoide facing some one.
Sentence: Nokia chey bazar ke pa makha raaghey noo, makh ye warawoo ....

Sentence: Hagha' chey Bacha khan pasey khabarey okrey noo zama trey der zra' bad shoo.

17: Zra' warkawal----زړۀ ورکول----To fell in love with some one.
Sentence: Adam khan pa wromber mulaaqat key khpal zra' durkhanay ta warko.

18: Zra' matawal----زړۀ ماتول------To break one's heart
Sentence: Nokia! taa chey zama zra' maat ko, khudai dey sta pa sar Chatay mata kee.

19: Zra' khogedal---زړۀ خوږېدل-----To feel pitty for someone....
Sentence: Selab zapalo khalqo ta chey gorey noo zra' ba dey khoog shee.

20: Zra' da kaanee kedal ---زړۀ د کاڼي کېدل----A heart showing no mercy (used for a cruel person)
Sentence : Changez khan da kanee zra' laralo, pa cha ye raham na' kawoo...

Of course Jasminey i will share but this thread is for everyone you people can also contribute....Pashtuns use a lot of idioms in there daily discussions....you people should also share idioms that you have heard....Za' pakhpala student yam ghwaram chey za' humm staso na sa' zda kam.....

21. Khula' sewa kedal-----خلۀ سېوا کېدل----used for a talkative person
Sentence: Pa Qrratugai hasey khula' sewa da, Har cha sara bahas kavee.

22. Khula wahal-----خلۀ وهل------Exchange of hot words between two persons.
Sentence: Angaar au Nokia paron pa wara shantey khabara yo bal sara khula' oowahala.

23. Khuley ta qwarey achawal-----خلې ته قورې اچول-----To stop talking...
Sentence: Angaara! dey khuley ta dey lag qwarey wachawa har zay ke ma' lagya kega.

24. Khula' khwaga kawal---خلۀ خوږه کول-----To use gentle words (for accomplishing some goals)
Sentence: Spogmay rata khula' khwaga kra 100 rupey ye rana qaraz wakhistey oss ye na' rakayeee.....

25. Khula' dakawal------خلۀ ډکول-------To fill one's hands with money(or something)
Sentence: Da Leadarano khuley chey da paiso na dakey shwey noo awaam ye heer sho.....

No, brother it is a proverb and for this we have an equivalent "Matal" in pashto i.e "Da baaran na patedam da naawey laandey mey shpa shwa".........
