thePashto.com is dynamic Pashto-English & English-Pashto dictionery having more then 15K words along with complete grammatical descriptions. The dictionary is designed for both advance and beginner users to make it suitable for all. The auto suggestion feature allows any beginner to select the required word in English/Pashto to find the meanings.

We enabled GET method in the form/URL to ensure the popularity of the words through social networks as well as an expert user can search the meanings with URL also. You can put any word just after the language in the browser URL as given in the picture below. Put any word in green box. Like Rude in this example & press enter.



Fully supported TTF fonts are installed in the website so that user can easily differentiate between words and meanings as this is the most important feature required for any UNICODE based font. You don’t need to install any additional Pashto fonts in your system. We suggest using google chrome as browser as some features are compatible with chrome only like switching the languages while searching.

Adding new words will be added after sometime as we are checking the feedback of the users and the dictionary is still in beta version. So after that one can submit words to the dictionary and will be reviewed before publish.

Now you can add new words to the dictionary, the submission will be in queue for review and approval. The words appeared with label [New] are newly submitted words. I hope people will add some new words easily. Only 2 steps for registration and submission.

Not complete brother, coz every day we are facing some new words, due to which we can't say that any dictionary can be considered as full version in any language. We hope to make it most fastest and best vocabulary dictionary inshallah.

Staso dera dera manana g, domra lwe kar mo nady kare khu khudy de was tofeq rake che nor ye hom kha kro. Parum me pake da submission section kolao ko. no os pake khalk alfazo zakhera add kawalay she.
