Samima, i don't know where to begin and what part to address?
Most of our Pashto is polluted with Parssoo, i guess we just have to keep interacting and ask for genuine Pashto words to replace that of other languages along the way.

Come up with a list of your own or the words you suspect to be of other languages and me along with other members of PF will try to bring the Pashtu ones up front.

As a Qandahari, I hear both Paculta or Pohantoon.
Although Pohantun is a Pashto word, it is still derived from Middle Persian "Poha" for 'learning'.

      University : Pohantun
      School: Khwanzi

The most common term most Afghans use is 'Nafar' for 'Persons'. The Pashto word is "Tan" or "Kas".

^ Those two words are used in Dari as well.. does anyone know where they originated from? =/ It would be interesting to know..
Since we are all Afghans, our languages are very intertwined, two languages don't possibly get more similar than Dari and Pashto :D in terms of syntax and even vocabulary..

Khair dalta ba bala pa Pashto Khabari kawo, ka neh sarbasta Topic Maana baiyli..

Daa zma lewanay Zrra gorah, daa sta lewanee Mina..
Za ba da Sahra warnakam da Iran pa Golestan,
