pashtoons dont even learn pashto from online sources... let alone some US soldier paying visits here.

and let me remind you, the pashto threads, as i have read through them, don't go beyong... "tsanga ye, kha yam"... if we really had a strong pashto section here, all the members who join in , in hopes of learning pashto, would be fluent by now.

yeah? well a very questionable thing that is happening, while we speak , is that afghanistan is being polluted by depleted uranium and babies are being born deformed. so, instead of wasting your time crapping on here, why don't you go and organise a protest to bring this information into the public arena, or, at least do something useful.

the truth is that real pashtuns do not have any need to learn pashto on the net.

it makes one wonder why it is that so much effort has been put into developing these free courses.

many americans have joined with racial slurs as their usernames and they primarily take part in the language section.

for any real pashtun that has a concern for their people, this would be troubling at the least.

so the poor lost souls, some young generation of ours, who come to different sites in hopes of connecting with their roots and language once again... find nothing available.

what is logical and constructive in your first post?... what logic do u find behind the idea of getting rid of pashto language section in a pashtunforum...

pashto language is the most important thing in a pashtoon's life, and its development should be the most important agenda in one's mind... and u simply want the mods to get rid of it. very logical indeed!

I didnt automatically call for it to be shut down but at the very least, access to it should be more restricted. And pashtuns wanting to come back to their roots fails to convince me. Pashto is not on high demand with Pashtuns. Most Pashtuns know their mother tongue well.

Even if there is that insignificant minority of real pashtuns that want to sharpen their pashto, it is still unnecessary during a period of war to make the language so accessible. any observant person would know there is more to it considering the facts i had outlines in my prior posts regarding soldiers that join with inappropriate usernames.

there are many ways of going about it that may have not crossed your small brain. there could for instance be a post limit for being allowed access to certain sections including many other things. many islamic forums have systems such as this and they work well .

and no i dont know what type of pashtun you are, but pashtuns for the most part learn pashto while they are in the cradle and have no need to use the net to learn it.
