Hindupashtun,,, there is no actual cooking involved in it....its water which is more important and requires attention... has to be chilled with loads of ice....the puri's in which the water is filled are also made at home but its time and energy consuming and its easily available in the local market and cheap tooo...

the small rounds called as bundis are made of gram flour. soaked in water and then filled in the puris and then the puris in the water...

but i should come to you to learn some icing...
whats the icing that you have used...if u wish to share please....i can try it next time....
