Ah spelt. I heard this name. My brother was suffering from stomach/digestion problem and he came to conclusion that modern wheat flour has lots of gluten and he needed flour with less gluten. That led to spelt. Unfortunately almost all baked products in supermarkts contain gluten, which so they claim is causing irritation of intestinal lining leaving to dig.disorders.

Spelt, is available, so he would now need to order splt from specilist distributor and buy a bread machine to bake his own bread. He found that too energy consuming so he reduced, almost eliminated eating flour products.

people around the world need to start seed saving co-operatives because the gm fascists and governments are bringing in laws to prohibit the sharing of seeds. they just brought in some laws in new zealand like this.
