I buy a bread made of ancient grain---the one thing I know is, it is not wheat. What is ancient grain by the way? Pa Pukhto kai yai sa num dai?

No dear, it is made from the floor of rice. It is too tasty. Try it, you will forget all other parattas. But it depends how you make it.

There are different types of ancient grain, in Armenia for example we have even some endemic species.
Generally ancient grains are tastier and healthier.

That would be nice. I am fond of unprocessed and wholesome food e.g., full-brawn bread made from whole wheat or spelt/ancient grain ---don't like white flour or fast food---so anything less-processed is welcome-
