^not at all. just dont let it become veryy dark... once it about cherry brown add in the sooji and water/milk. it brings out the color so u don't have to over fry the sooji which could possibly make it taste bitter.Comment

Ok this was delicious halwa! I usually don't even like halwa made with sooji but this was so good. Very different from the how my mother in law makes it. Their halwa is grainier ... this has a completely different texture.Comment
