Dear Graveyard, Avocado I think isn't really considerable as fruit its more used as vegetable, at least how I know it. Cooked or in salat its tasty, but raw eaten its really not so nice.

Dear Graveyard, Avocado I think isn't really considerable as fruit its more used as vegetable, at least how I know it. Cooked or in salat its tasty, but raw eaten its really not so nice.

I like raw avocado with salt and pepper I eat it from time to time when I don't have too much time for luch. better than rubbish food.

In Afghanistan there should be a bigger type with Yellow colour and tastier as I heard, its that one:

The Pashto dictionary writes the following names as translation for hawthorn:
Burbèk,Zherey,Ghvendza
But i do not know which is the right one

Brother, there is no such fruit in my area. If there was one in Afghanistan, it should have been in the market but never seen such fruit.
