when i go back home and go out to do shopping my cousins insist on stopping somewhere for ice cream or burgers..i m on a constant hunt for a qroot stand. you buy half a kg and then leave it in my purse. my purse will end up smelling bad but it's something i look forward to whenever i am there.

Qoret, a personal favourite until recently I discovered some funny things rolled into the ball, is dry yoghurt whereas Qurooti is the crumbled bread with diluted or liquid Qoret poured over the top with fried onions and garlic.

In English, it's called whey.
