Yeah Graveyard, i havent seen much of a big difference between me and a Peshwari none at all. Our Pashto is the same and cultural values


A Kandahari friend of mine visited Quetta last September to see her mothers side of the family.....she said she felt as if she was in Kandahar, it felt no different to her.

Overall, i dont notice a big difference at all.....maybe influences are somewhat different, but we are still the same Pashtuns. Who cares if KP Pashtuns have a more Urdu/Panjabi influence on them....and who cares if a Pashtun in Afghanistan has more Persian/Farsi influence.....afterall, its our fault for that. We both need to work on preserving Pashto, and working together on it will be the only way.

shorwa that we make out of kwarat which is called kwarati...
kichri kwarat
with tor banjan
with sra kaddo borani
with ashak
with boiled potatoes.

kwarat/qorot is awesome!... kwarati is my favorite... oh i am so hungry

one of the thngs we bring from our trip to Dubai is qoroot... and everytime we are scared at the US customs...

Afghans that come from afghanstan have literally bags of things US customs doesn't recognize...

once it was me and my mom and the officer opened our bag... he went through each item and we had to describe it... he kept laughing ...

he pointed at qoroot and i said its evaporated sour cream... he said "what?"... yeah but he didn't take anyting from us... we were soooooooo happy
