just made an awesome pizza base and pizza. tuna, fresh herbs, tomato, onion, paprika and cheese, parmesan.
this giving up smoking has made me hungry, lol.

matured cheddar but then added a sprinkling of parmesan. i am no expert at pizzas.

last night-locally grown brown rice wth raisins, coconut and peanuts.
steamed spinach, celery and sweet potato. red cabbage and grated raw beetroot salad/lime, olive oil and apple cider vinegar dressing.
served with tahini and tamari sauce.

tuna is tuna. i suppose cats can eat it too. but i can't see them going fishing for it so cat food must look like humans food, lol.

just whipped up some awesome hummus. i use organically grown chick peas, that are way superior to the supermarket rubbish.
had felafal on chapatis yesterday and will have more tonight with hummus.
