My question is simply why are we made of Amino Acids and Proteins, if God Literally made us out of clay? Why aren't we composed of clay particles like Silicates?

Allah(swt) can do whatever he wants. He can make 500 elephants run through a needle. I believe this. Allah(swt) said Be, and Adam was. I believe what the Quran says. The details (amino acids, silicates) make no difference to me. Adam was made out of clay as told in the Quran.

my question is, if Humans are made of clay....then where is the clay in our bodies? We're made of Animo Acids and Proteins, not Silicate Compounds which is what makes clay.
