Then there is classification of Hurt based on what part of the body you have the injury, how severe it is. Like if it is a wound, how deep it goes and so on is covered in this law...it is quite detailed and each type of wound has its own section in the law. I wont bother going into that

Yea all these laws are related to forensic medicine.

Look ill explain it. Imagine somebody goes to court with a deep cut in his arm, the doctor has to explain which law this comes under.

And there is a law for miscarriage/abortion because if a person kills their fetus/child then they are punished if it was unlawful. Imagine a person does abortion for no reason isnt that like murder?

Forensic medicine is related to law, coz if somebody is killed forensic medicine is used to understand how the death happened and then how to get the proper punishment accurately

how can it be their choice? Abortion is not allowed in Islam as well. Imagine a 7 months child in the mothers womb, it is alive and if you kill it, that is murder?

I think this is enough for today. This was a quick outline of the law section in forensic medicine.

Tomorrow inshallah i will explain hair, semen, blood and saliva examination.

The terminology used by normal people is not accurate.
