    Salamona Grano aw khaghalo,
ka sa ham za d khpl watan sakha lari wosegam, kho bia ham ye der pa feker ke yam.
I was born in Nangarhar , but brought up in peshawer and now i live in UK from the past 7-8 years.
As we all know we have very poor education system in Afghanistan , we read very old russian style books (more than 50 years old). Our education system needs some changes, but unfortunately we have Iranian books nowadays in school and in higher education in Afghanistan which is a really shame.
All countries over the world follow new teaching techniques and new technology including Islamic countries, but our education system is not changed.
I do know well what went through country, but our ministry spending lots of money on renewing books and stuff, they could bring new and modren education system in our country.
I study in England in one of British universites, we research alot in internet than studying books.
I have heard from lots of families and friends in Nangarhar Universty , that they still follow old books which is out of date now, there are some new books in English but student do not use them or do not understand English.
Those books could be translated into Pashto , so the people could take advantage of those books which get rustted in shelves.
It's the duty of student of Nangarhar University too , to do some research and improve education system.
The student should ask the Heads of Nangarhar Universities to get links from foreign universities and to get in touch with some european and non european universities in order to improve the education system in Nangarhar Universities.
I hope one day every child of us study in a good enviroment of peace Inshallah.

As an Afghan it's my duty as well to do something for my country and my respected and hounorable people , If ALLAH give me some opportunities I will help my people Inshallah.
I would provide you any information from UK if I could , Please do ask me if you need any books from here or the method of reseach.
( By the way im studying Civil and Structral Engineering in UK)

Pa khair Zamani , its good to have you here.

      A)American Universities support Nangarhar University.
B)The books have changed. I have posted them in our kitabtoon.
Even Adobe Photoshop can't change me.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!
