the problem is gaining weight is as must difficult as loosing weight, we are known as hard gainer, a year ago i used to be skinny, but now i am slim and satisfied. our metabolisam rate is very high, we burn too much calorie futile even while resting or sleeping. nowadays i am eating roughly 3000 calories a day but no more gain is happening. i ad to increase my intake to make it happen
3000 calories is not that much. Even when i weighed 185 lbs, and was 5'11'', i would probably eat that much. But yes, you have to increase intake. No other way around it.

The thing about weight gain is that once you've built the appetite, it's very hard to lose it. This is what happened to me. I gained mass and muscle, and then i sorta stopped going to the gym.

How much do you bench and squat?

I had a plan. I was 15 pounds away from my goal when I became iron deficient and started fainting left and right. I stopped trying for a couple of weeks and if I was not going to lose weight, I didn't want to bother with protein intakes either. Bad bad idea..I still lost weight but not fat.
I am having trouble with losing fat only since I don't have time for gym anymore and I am not happy where I am at the moment so I am going to lose it all and then start gaining the good stuff. I have no intention of keeping a bmi of 18. I am not crazy.
