Anyways, popping a few herbal things into your mouth most likely won't cure you..
but what if you make it part of your life... as in for example ..change your lifestyle so you're not eating certain foods that trigger certain diseases ...& learn ways to handle with stress (which I STRONGLY believe triggers a lot of diseases ..but then again I am no dr, I've just seen people from experience)...
This whole program isn't just about going there for 21 days, coming back out..and start eating sugar filled cakes, oily rice, and lbs of whatever else isn't so good for you...it's something where the 21 days is just the beginning.
