I currently attend school, have a job, go to the gym and play basketball so I do keep it moving. But I still don't care about life, like I used too.

I admit I do need help.
Kais i would take that option in a heart beat i prayer each night , let there be no morning for me.

ive been there bro. not like my life is amazing by any means but i do what i do to get by until allah decides its time to drop dead. what i did was realize that my life is relatively good compared to a lot of afghans back home and came to the conclusion that i was being a bitch and i decided to man up. the whole working life, worrying about money, and all that bs is just going through the motions until we meet allah. in the end it doesn't matter but for now it is what it is for the time being.

its kind of the same way when i am somewhere and i want to laugh at a wrong moment which would draw attention to me, i think of some poor old afghan back home to kill any laughter. its weird but actually works, i kind of bring that method to my everyday life. i know it seems bad to feel better at the sake of someone else's lot but its that contrast which makes me feel like my life is alright in comparison to what it could be.

if either one of you had a point and were not bull****ting just for the sake of it, you would have wrapped your head inside a plastic bag and waited for your brain to suffocate. The reason you are not doing that or have not done that is because you do have a will to live. You are too much of a lazy ass to get up and do something about your life.

The best piece of advice I ever came across for people with no desire to live was something like this..

"If you have no desire to live, sign the back of your health card for organ donation and go jump off a cliff..." Or something along those lines..

Because you don't deserve to live and all this good health and better life that God has blessed you with can go to someone who is not so ungreatful and someone who actually deserve it. You are not starving to death, you have your hands and feet. There are hundreds of people who drag themselves along in the streets to make a living for themselves and their families and they are happy. Go find an orphan and live for them. That is a good enough reason to live for.

"To burn always with this hard gemlike flame, to maintain this ecstasy, is success in life."

I apologize for speaking the truth all the damn time. I don't care what others view me.

I said it a thousand times, the only reason I'm alive is because I have a mission assigned to me by God. I don't care how crazy I sound but it's the truth. I could put a bag over my head but God won't take my soul from my body that easily.

I'm special and different and I'm not trying to brag, or up myself.

The Prophet did try to jump over the mountain when angel Gabriel stopped coming to him.

I have seen Angels and Jinns in my life, I could tell you that much. Does anybody know who could say that with a dead on straight face? I wish I was an average Joe

I'm destined to go to the 7th Hell or the 7th heaven. Nothing in-between. Who talks like this? Someone who has experience and is honest.

In all honesty, no we are not. Only thing were alike is we both are of the Kharoti tribe, and are humans.

Life experiences, obstacles, destiny, and adversities make us different.

Once again I am not trying to say I am better than anybody, because I am not.

Step up your knowledge of the messages of all the Prophets before you say that your "chosen," for something.

I don't know if your copying me or not, but I have proselytized in the streets before, so I could say these things without sounding like a blasphemous statement.

Have you ever seen the unseen? I take this matter very seriously and I don't like when people copy me after I say things.

If you are not whom you say you are do you know how blasphemous it is? It's a grave sin to make statements that don't hold any weight.

Recently I have been also experiencing anxiety attacks. This year has also been really stressful, with the health situation and the marriage situation not going well, I am really stressed out to begin with. Perhaps this is effecting my health and I am loosing the ability to handle stress.

I am also more nervous. I was a very good speaker in my college days and easily use to give good presentations infront of many people, yet now at work I get so nervous if I have to give a presentation just to even one client.

Perhaps I really need to forget everything and go far away for months or even a year. That's why I earlier said that I wanted to go to a place like Yemen and forget everything.

Inshallah you will be fine, some times in life we dont know why certain things happen to us, why we go through physical and emotional pain. We really have to look at the positive side of life to live happily, always look to the future for a better day. Before I really use to be down and sad all the time, but now I realize I can not live my life like that, because life is too short and we have to make the most of it with whatever we have.
i become so upset when i see people pitying themselves because i remember how i allowed it to hold me back from dealing with my problems in life for so many years. the best way to overcome depression or take control of it is by training your brain to let go of the habit of dwelling in self pity and thinking positively. i know, if one was capable of doing that, they wouldn't be suffering from depression in the first place but once you repeat that to yourself even if you don't believe it yourself, your brain will start thinking positively. it will adapt the mentality of a fighter rather than a victim. when you think of yourself as a victim because of life or what people chose to do with your life, your brain will put you in this mindset to train you to cope up with more bs and become immune to it. but the minute you start thinking like a fighter, your brain will prepare you to fight against it.
you can go to whatever corner of the world but whatever is bothering you will follow you in your heart. you can distract yourself for a little while but if you don't deal with it and make up your mind about it, it will resurface and you would have forgotten how to translate it or approach it. when you are ready for happiness, achieving it doesn't feel like a struggle. it comes to you so easily. and you don't worry about getting married for the sake of avoiding society gawking at you. believe me, you don't want to in a meaningless marriage like that. if nothing else, it's demoralizing. security in whatever form in may come, achieved by the union of marriage between two people who are not meant to be might as well be prostitution. and we all know how society reacts to that.
as for my condition, i am not bothered the least bit.. i remember what i was and who i became during the process of living through what life tossed at me last time.

depression symptoms: the bags under dzj's eyes.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

You are really brave not to be worried, but yeah that should be the attitude dealing with tough situations

As for self pity, I agree. I actually realize now how much of my life I wasted being down / self pitying, pretty much all my teens and even 20's. It's just really bad and you actually get addicted to it.

Thank God now I dont think like that anymore most of the time. Even if the situation is tough and stressful, you gotta keep fighting

Part of the problem is cultural though. In South Asian/Middle eastern cultures, you are always judged all the time. Be it by family members, relatives or the society. This can be really tough on people and often they lose confidence in themselves, thus resulting in self pitying all the time.

The best thing is to be a individual, and never to let yourself down, no matter what people around you are saying. One really good positive thing living here in Canadian society is learning how to be a individual and not giving a damn what other people say or think about you. This way you will never be depressed or lose confidence in yourself.
