Acne goes away by itself too if it's not that bad.
There was a tiny spider that walked past me...

True, depending on the kind it is (don't ask me what kind does or doesn't go away, because I have no idea).

I believe the link I posted touched up on some of the sunlight and avoid taking milk stuff...

but honestly you can go along the natural path too and it would take about 6 months to get rid of what you're struggling with..

but I believe, topical is more better than what you take inside of you..

For treatment of Acne you can use this medication:
            https://www.alldaychemist.com/809-a-ret-01-.html

            Information on this medication:
            http://acne.about.com/od/acnetreatments/a/retina.htm

Its a knock off of U.S. brand Retin-A by an Indian Pharmaceutical Company and is called A-Ret. It works I tried it, it takes months but its permanent.

Its a very powerful medication and must be used with care. This is how to use it.
            http://skinacea.com/retinoids/useright.htm

Its a cheap reliable prescription medication.

^ It can be anything: genetics, puberty, excess oil

@ Dr. Dreamer....i have noticed that genetically, people originally from places like Central Asia (like Afghans) and South Asia, are very prone to acne. What do you think?

Majority of Afghans, Pakistanis, Indians whom i know, have acne.

I dont see acne very much with Caucasians, Hispanics, Oriental Asians

I personally think its because of diet. A lot of Pakistanis I know have A LOT of oily food and I think its same for the Indians too.

^ Yeah but then, if it is the case with diet, majority of white people eat fried food and so much junk food.

Many Hispanics barely even drink water.

I am wondering if it has to do with what people have adapted to?

Have to think this over ^_^

It is a topical cream, usually put on at night. It is used for both active acne and scars.....I knew someone who used it for her acne, her skin cleared up in 3 months. And i use it just in case i didnt have an scarring, and it works very well.

and the good thing is, its not a heavy cream in which someone can tell if you have it on or whatever.
