So i thought i would start this, since i am not sure if Admin khan is going to make one or not, no pressure wror.

Anyways recently i have been feeling really good about myself. I started taking daily vitamins and calcium, i only eat meat during lunch, i eat veggies for dinner (though its a really late dinner, darn college) and i work out daily (umm thats a lie, i work out 3-5x a week).....but i have not really cut off food. Such as, i still eat ice cream, like 2 scoops and only once or twice a week; i still drink soda, just in moderation and not everyday......overall, i feel like a new women.
And no, my goal is not to lose weight, but just to be a little bit healthier :P
I put hot (luke warm) on damp hair once a week for about 45 mintues, it makes a huge difference on your hair texture and shine.

So what are some of your health remedies (ladies and gents)

I Wonder what women folk of forum thinks about female body building. Body building give you physical strength and many women will desire it to combat their assaulting husbands.

                      Re: Health and Beauty

A toned and firm body, a little bit of shape does no harm. She doesnt have to be doing a bench workout, 2.5-5kg weights are enough to give you the nice 'bicep look'. Cross training, stairs, squats, bicycle - all that are good to rid the flabby thighs. Sit ups and specific aerobics exercises are good for the stomach (no, I cant demonstrate, I would have =D). And skipping, thats a-z sport!

Thats just for muscles of course - a *wee* bit of info. Go to the sports and recreation section, and you will be amazed. I just wanted to take every little thing home, starting from the shin and arms weight wraps to the home gym...but question is will I actually use it?

I find most fitness stuff a lil bit boring, can't say I do it much, I prefer just doing sports. I have high metabolism so I don't really ever work out, but it's definitely good to stay healthy and strong.

And muscly women are scary =/
