  • ^ True.

I would say it doesnt matter but when i think about the tempo thing i actually do it without realising, like i squeeze the muscle im doing at end/start/middle of the rep which gives a kinda pause.

    • ^ thats actually what i do too..but I've kinda started following the tempo more precisely recently, it actually improved breathing during the exercise

what kind of exercises do you do for core training ?

      • yeah breathing is the number 1 thing in training so if following tempo how you do improves the breathing im all for it and something that il try to base my workout on next time im in the gym n see how it goes..

Some of my favourite core excersizes are old school sit ups (different types, counts n reps) crunches, bridging, lying flat with hands at the side of the head and touching your elbow with the opposite knee..i dont know what the exact name for the aperatus but its the one were you can hang your whole body off and hold your body with your forarm - what iv started to like doing on that and what i really feel is lifting my feet/legs up with ankle weights. what iv found in most core workouts is the slower you do the reps the more effect it has. how about you? how often do you train a week and do you mix cardio in the session or have a seperate day for cardio?

                          • Home gyms are cheaper in the long run, a bench with a barbell and adjustable dumbells is all you need.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.
