You guys are not even ready to accept back your own kin Bengalis who are all illegal inmigrants after 71 for economic reasons.Originally posted by Bengal_Tiger View PostRead your link which I'm quoting below. No reference to those few hundred Pakistanis "going south" to relatives in Karachi.
It does say this though:
The fact is we Bengalis saw the Bengalis stuck in West Pakistan in 1971 as our people and brought them back home.
You Pakistanis did not see the Pakistani-Biharis as your people and left them in Bangladesh. You have disowned them, whilst we supported our people.
Seeing them as non-Pakistanis is confirmed by @Golden 's comments.

You basically said Sindhis have suffered due to non-Sindhis, people from outside Sindh coming in to their land.Originally posted by Golden View Postwtf? Punjabis are not muhajirs in their own land
Punjabis are from Punjab not Sindh.

I asked is it only non-Punjabis who are Muhajirs (immigrants)? We native people of Pakistan already suffered enough in the name of Islam by bringing in countless muhajirs after 1947
Let me help you:

Indian-born former military dictator of Pakistan, Zia ul Haq, born in India, migrated to Pakistan.
Indian-born former military dictator of Pakistan, Parvez Musharraf, born in India, migrated to Pakistan.
*As they are both Indian-born migrants are they both "Mohajirs" or is it only Musharraf the Urdu speaker?

I said sindhis suffered because of illegal muhajirs, never mentioned other Pakistanis. You are putting words in my mouth. Punjabis are not even 10% of Karachi population and sindhis don't have any problem with them.
But Islamabad shouldn't test Sindhis further anymore in the name of Pakistaniat and Islam. We all know so called east Pakistani biharis will end up in Sindh and create more problems for sindhis.
Zia was punjabi speaking Arain so not muhajir, every arain is Pakistani by default. No one ever called Zia a muhajir but Musharaf is known as urdu speaking muhajir.
Basically urdu speaking bhaiyas are muhahjirs, you already know this.

What this Pakistani nationalist has said is clear proof after my probing of him that Punjabis are indeed the masters of Pakistan.
Pakistan = State of the Punjabi Muslims
1. Pakistan is ostensibly a multi-national federation consisting of Punjabis, Pashtuns, Baloch, Sindhis, Muhajirs and others.
In reality it is ruled by Punjabis for Punjabis in particular the Punjabi-dominated military.
2. If an Urdu-speaker born in India migrated to Pakistan then he is a "Muhajir" (immigrant), so a "non-native", whereas a Punjabi born in India migrates to Pakistan he is non of these but as mentioned by the user above "Pakistani by default"
Why this discrimination?
Why this unfairness and injustice?
Why this making of Urdu-speakers inferior and Punjabis as superior?
Why this making of every Punjabi be he born in India or Pakistan a default Pakistan?
Because Punjabis rule Pakistan and everyone else is a second-class citizen.
This is just one particular aspect but there are countless ways in which non-Punjabis suffer in Pakistan be it the Baloch who are being killed, or the Pashtuns, around 2 million of whom are refugees.
I am sure those non-Punjabis on this forum who grew up in Pakistan can tell us how it feels to live under Punjabi control.

Erdogan's double talk on capital punishment
Tribune Desk
Turkey appears to have a double standard when it comes to capital punishment.
The country withdrew its ambassador to Bangladesh following the execution of Motiur Rahman Nizami last week for genocide and other war crimes, Reuters reported last Thursday quoting President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
But the president went on record earlier in the year to defend executions by Saudi Arabia as a domestic issue.
“The executions in Saudi Arabia are an internal legal matter. Whether you approve or not of the decision is a separate issue, executions in Saudi Arabia are a matter of domestic law,” RT.com quoted Erdoğan as saying.
His comments followed a huge furore in the Middle East over the capital punishment of 47 people, including a leading Shia cleric, Sheikh al-Nimr, on January 2.
Turkish Ambassador to Bangladesh Devrim Öztürk is scheduled to have returned to Ankara last Thursday, Turkish newspaper Hürriyet reported.
His departure was preceded by a Turkish Foreign Ministry statement on May 11 condemning the execution of Nizami.
The Bangladesh government has played down tensions over the hanging of the convicted war criminal.
But Turkey’s Hürriyet reported that groups connected to several Turkish NGOs protested in front of the Bangladesh embassy in Ankara, late on Tuesday, while members of the Anatolia Youth Association (AGD) gathered to voice their objections at a park in Istanbul.
In his defence of the Saudi mass executions, Erdoğan said those who were silent about the victims in Syria’s civil war were now causing an uproar over the execution of one person in Saudi Arabia. He was apparently referring to the deceased cleric.
Riyadh and Ankara share a similar position – both hope to remove Syrian President Bashar al-Assad from power.
Ties between the two nations have improved since King Salman ascended the throne in January, as the new Saudi monarch has sought Sunni allies to counter the monarchy’s main geopolitical rival – Iran, a Shia Muslim country.
Turkey is also a member of the 34-nation Islamic military alliance, which was announced by Saudi Arabia earlier in December.
Shia Muslims across the Gulf region reacted with disgust and condemnation after Saudi Arabia executed leading Shia cleric Sheikh al-Nimr. He was among 47 prisoners beheaded or shot by firing squad across Saudi Arabia on January 2 – the largest number of individuals executed in the Gulf kingdom in a single day since 1980.
The executions led to protests in Iran, Iraq and Bahrain.

1. Erdogan cares very little for human rights, but he does care about expanding the global influence of AKP-run Turkey.
The AKP is an off-shoot of the Turkish version of the "Muslim Brotherhood", Saadet.
Jamaat e Islami is basically the regional franchise of the Brotherhood in Bangladesh, thus a sister party of Erdogan's Saadet party which he was part of.
2. Erdogan is supporting Jamaat e Islami because they are fellow Brotherhood-style Islamists and the Jamaat and the Milli Gorus (parent organization of Saadet and real power behind the AKP) are comrades.

Turkish cartoon about Erdogan and the Milli Gorus organization.
Thus Erdogan supports Sisi, Brotherhood leader, in Egypt.
He supports Jamaatis and war criminals, Brotherhood version, in Bangladesh.
3. What does Erdogan's support for the Jamaat e Islami terrorist organization in Bangladesh mean for the Jamaat?
Western eyes: Erdogan is seen as a dictator and supporter of ISIS so him supporting the Jamaat and its war criminals reduces any support for the Jamaat amongst westerners.
This is despite American-controlled media such as Al-Jazeera trying to portrary the Jamaat as "victims" and having de facto censorship on any reporting of the feelings of the families of those murdered and raped by Jamaatis in 1971.
Muslim world: In the Muslim world anyone be he rapist, murderer, conman who shouts "Islam" is automatically without any question is seen as a "hero" by many of the Muslim masses and Islamists.
As for the Muslim governments this is my take:
Central Asian states: Totally indifferent to Pakistan's campaign of harassment against Bangladesh and hostile to the Jamaat.
Egypt: The same as the central Asian states. The Egyptian government hates the "Muslim Brotherhood" and will not be sympathetic to their allies in Bangladesh. Also Egypt is upset with Pakistan for interfering in the Morsi case.
Afghanistan: The same as Egypt further intensified by the fact that Afghans in general hate the Pakistani regime and are also victims of its sponsorship of Islamist terrorists on their soil.
Algeria: Probably the most traditionally pro-Bangladeshi country in the entire Arab world. Biggest country in the Arab world and Africa territorially.
Malaysia: Pro-Bangladesh, will stay neutral and not support Pakistan's campaign against Bangladesh.
Indonesia: The same as Malaysia.
Iraq: Pro-Bangladeshi country and a country with deep historical ties to Bangladesh. The father of Bengali nationalism Bashani's mentor himself was half Iraqi. Hasina Wajid (current Bangladeshi prime minister) supposedly has some ancestral lineage going back to Iraq.

Mujib's parents.

Mujib's father. Mujib's family lineage is supposed to hail back to Iraq according to some.
Kuwait: Pro-Bangladesh, has around 5,000 Bangladeshi soldiers stationed there, will not be interested in Brotherhood thugs, Jamaat e Islami, in Bangladesh.

Kuwait and Bangladesh have signed several deals recently including military ones.
Iran: Trying to cultivate good ties with Bangladesh which has a market of 160 million and economic growth of 7% amongst the highest in the world. The Iranians are aware of the atrocities carried out by the Jamaatis and that if they support them could endanger in potential economic deals with Dhaka. Plus the Jamaat has certain neo-Salafi, crypto-Salafi influences despite also being pro-Iran at the same time.
(*Salafis are usually called "Wahabis")

Iranian leaders in Dhaka.

Hasina in Tehran with Iran's supreme leader.
Nor will Iran be happy with Turkey's support for the Jamaat in Bangladesh.
a: The Jamaat in Bangladesh are anti-Assad and support Wahabists in Syria.
b: Erdogan supported the execution of Shia scholar Nimri in Saudi but opposes the execution of Jamaati war criminals in Bangladesh.
Iran will not be happy with this.
Oman: Not interested in Pakistan's attempts to make trouble for Bangladesh or support radical Islamists. One of the Omani royal family, a princess is apparently married to a Bangladeshi too.
Saudi Arabia: Not interested in supporting the Jamaat in Bangladesh and angry with the Pakistanis over betraying them over Yemen, nor will Saudi be keen on angering New Delhi with any excessive support for the Pakistan-Jamaat nexus in Bangladesh.
Modi in Saudi Arabia recently where he was conferred a major award.

Saudi women throng to take selfies with Modi.
Pakistan using "Muslim card" to support war criminals in Bangladesh.
Pakistan will attempt to harass Bangladesh diplomatically as it has done successfully with Erdogan's ISIS-supporting AKP regime.
It will attempt to portray Nizami and other executed war criminals as "Muslim heroes" rather than as radical extremists such as ISIS.
It will try to give the impression to Muslim countries that they (Pakistan) are trying to defend "Islam and Muslims".

This will fail just like Pakistan's recent attempts to support the Bangladeshi opposition in the Commonwealth failed.
As for Erdogan, he himself is in a precarious situation, as the Turkish economy isn't doing too great and there is a civil war in the south-east. If the Turkish economy slumps then Erdogan is out.

Again little slow but I will repeat. Pakistan mean punjabis, pashtuns, baloch, sindhis and kashmiris. Not urdu speaking muhajirs! Rather than me being "slow" it's you being ideologically confused and inconsistent, and I am fully versed with Punjabi-Pakistani nationalism. My initial short questions were essentially to expose you for the Punjabi nationalist that you are and show the inconsistencies of your ideology.
1. Pakistan was not meant for the native peoples of the north-western provinces of India i.e. Punjab, Afghania (Pakhtunkhwa), Kashmir but for all of the Muslims of India.
This is why the migration took place from northern India to Pakistan.
This is the ideology of Pakistan anyway.
2. However in reality the real plan was for Pakistan to be a neo-Mughal state run by Indian Muslims.
- The Indian Muslims would rule the country e.g. Jinnah, Liaquat Ali Khan.
- An Indian language, Urdu would become the national language.
- The city where Indian Muslims would primarily migrate to would become the capital i.e. Karachi.
This was all going quite well until Ayub Khan (a Hindko of Pathan ancestry) became leader and shifted power to the Punjabi-Pathan axis that ran the country, including the geographical shift of the capital to Rawalpindi then Islamabad in the north.
Liquat Ali Khan, prime minister of Pakistan, with Ali Jinnah. Khan (on right) was an Urdu-speaker from India with alleged Pathan ancestry.
3. Now Pakistan is a Punjabi run country run by the military who are primarily drawn from northern Punjab including the Potohari and Majhi speaking regions of Punjab.
Ayub Khan, former military dictator of Pakistan, who was well known for being anti-Muhajir (Urdu-speakers of Indian origin) and anti-Bengali. His hatred of Bengalis (the majority population of Pakistan) was expressed in written form in his autobiography.
Thus it is only natural that a Punjabi born in India will be seen as a real Pakistani e.g. Zia.
Whereas an Urdu speaker born in India will be seen as an immigrant, outsider etc e.g. Musharraf.
Only Punjabis are the "real Pakistanis" whereas Muhajirs (Urdu-speakers) who provided the country with leaders, scientists, sportsmen, religious leaders are not "true Pakistanis" according to Punjabi-Pakistani nationalists.
Muhajirs ("not real Pakistanis" according to Golden)
- Political leaders, Liaquat Ali Khan.
- Military leaders, Parvez Musharraf.
- Scientist, Abdul Qadeer Khan, the man behind the Pakistani nuclear bomb.
Abdul Qadeer Khan, not a "native Pakistani", an immigrant, a "Muhajir" whom "native Pakistanis" have "suffered from according to the Punjabi nationalist on this thread. Abdul Qadeer Khan created Pakistan's nuclear bomb.
- Religious leaders: Taqi Uthmani (Mufti of Pakistan) and Maulana Edhi.
Maulana Edhi, an Urdu-speaking "Mohajir", not seen as a "native Pakistani" by the Punjabi nationalist on this thread. Edhi is renowned for his humanitarian work and uplifting the work of millions. However military dictator, Zia, an ethnic Punjabi, though born in India is seen as a "native" and "default" Pakistani by the Punjabi nationalist on this thread.
- Sportsmen: Javed Miandad, former Pakistan cricket captain.
Javed Miandad, born in Pakistan to Urdu-speaking (Gujarati) parents and thus a "Mohajir", not a real Pakistani according to this Punjabi nationalist on this thread but one of the non-native immigrants that "native Pakistanis" have "suffered" from. Miandad is regarded as the greatest Pakistani batsmen of all time.
Pakistan = Punjabistan
Pakistan is a state ruled by the Punjabi (mainly Potohari/Hindko) military where the army is worshipped and seen as second to God and in real terms is actually seen as above God sometimes e.g. in 1971 when Pakistani Punjabi soldiers raped and massacred Muslims in Bangladesh including the organization of sex camps in atrocities far worse than ISIS.
Anyone who grew up and lives in Pakistan and has any integrity and common sense knows this.
Some accept and ignore it and hope that things will get better, perhaps the majority of Pashtuns in Pakistan who are pro-Pakistan but deep inside know they are second-class citizens, whereas others emotionally, mentally reject Punjabi imperial rule e.g. Karachi Friends of Baloch Sarbani* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

There is a slight difference here. The punjabis who migrated from indian east punjab to west punjab had the same language and culture similar to the natives of west punjab. With time they easily ASSIMILATED AND INTEGRATED with the local population. This was not the case of refugees who ended up in sindh province. The mohajirs made little effort to learn sindhi language or to integrate with them. They saw sindhis as being more backward then them.I dont want to go too deep into all this.Originally posted by Bengal_Tiger View Post

Nonsense.Originally posted by asif86 View PostI dont know. But there is no such thing as mohajir identity. How can they be mohajirs(meaning immigrants) after 70 years. They are into 4th generation.Ethnic politics has only isolated them from other communities.
There are many communities through out the world that have gone to another land and retained their own culture or at least their racial identity.
- The white Europeans in south Africa have been there for centuries and only intermarry with each other but are considered south African.
- The Mongoloid Hazaras of Afghanistan have been there for centuries.
- Pakistanis in the UK tend to only marry fellow Pakistanis and up north have their own communities.
The Mohajirs rather than having to be forced to lose their culture and identity chose to preserve it, plus even if they wanted to integrate/assimilate fully they couldn't as they don't have the tribal system of Sindhis, Baloch, Pashtuns, Punjabis i.e. a Mohajir could never become a Magsi (Baloch), Afridi (Pashtun) or Gujjar (Punjabi) even if he wanted to.
- If you are saying Mohajirs should not have come to Pakistan, it means Pakistan was only for the native people of those Muslim majority provinces of north-west India.
Indian Muslims/Mohajirs should have stayed in India e.g. people like Musharraf, Abdul Qadeer Khan, Maulana Edhi, Javed Miandad.
- If you are saying you don't know, then what is Pakistan all about?
Do you know?
Why were millions of people killed in the biggest migration and exchange ever in human history?
- If you (general you) stick with the standard Pakistani narrative and say Mohajirs should have come to Pakistan, then why discriminate against them and why disown the pro-Pakistan Urdu-speakers of east Pakistan?
After 70 years of Pakistan, there is still confusion as to what Pakistan is really about and its fundamental raison d'etre, this with millions of people killed in the 47 partition and perhaps 1/2 a million killed in east Pakistan in 1971.
Pakistanis I believe are a fundamentally confused people with an identity crisis, in so many ways.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

Nothing you said made any sense. You didn't expose me but your own stupidity. Pakistan is dominated by natives who are majority instead of small minorty of urdu speaking muhajirs?
