The golden mustard fields of Bengal gave rise to the poem by Bengali writer Tagore "My golden Bengal", which later became the national anthem of Bangladesh.

The lush green delta of Bengal where three major rivers converge attracted immigrants from across south Asia, giving rise to a very big population and far more densely populated than other areas of south Asia.

Bangladesh is not perfect and has many problems but nor is it the complete land of poverty the international media present it.

Brazil has slums and poverty but millions of tourists go there to enjoy the cities and beautiful landscape.

As a Pakhtun/Afghan you are always come to visit Bengal in the footsteps of your Pashtun ancestors did in the past e.g. Usman Afghan Khan, the Karranis etc.

We will be happy to host one of our brothers here.
