Progress? Gulmeena the state is bordering collapse there...Baloch areas are in their 4th or 5th insurgency, Pashtunkhwa is reeling from militancy and army. The opinions there are an entire 180 degrees from what they were...inflation like anything. That is the progress before disintegration. A country doesn't just go poof...these are the steps that lead it there (or to a drastic change).
