OK.. Who allowed them on this side of the durand line? It was the state of Pakistan who welcomed it's Afghan brothers who were in trouble? Was it so or not?

lolz allowed? My friend the durand line area is extremely porous, you can't enforce that line. The best Pakistan can do is hold onto a few key posts like chaman, and torkham. Even then they made a great amount of money on the heads of refugees...it was a lot of UN aid. Asae pa muftha daasae na keegee. In an area like that you can't (even if you tried) enforce it, people will still move back and forth.

That money is not even one percent of the damage caused to Pakistan by that war of Afghanistan and it's people .. It was just the idiotic decision of few Generals
