I heard a story about a beautiful,intelligent 16 year old school girl that was raped by an American soldier. And she even had gotten pregnant. She had committed suicide when she found out she was pregnant.

I heard a similar story about a very young and beautiful girl with whom Abdullah Abdullah wanted to hold a meeting, but she was so scared he will harm her that she committed suicide. The story was quiet big in Kabul when I went there for first time. Even if NATO soldiers leave, who will stop those warlords?

Um what would you know what would happen to a girl that gets raped. And this isnt about if a Pashtun gets raped or not. When did i ever said she was Pashtun. I simply said an Afghan school girl.

Oh and some girls do actually keep the baby because abortion is not easy in Afghanistan. And not everyone has the strength do even try abortion. But i am not going to more detail about abortion, there is another thread for it.

Here i got very disturbing revelations. This i coudn't imagine. Why the families did not take the step to reveal these savage and brutal acts to media. I know its hard for Pakhtoons to reveal these things at the cost of of honorable survival and namoos. But its a perfect revenge to expose these things to media. Remember what they did to iraqi girls... its disgusting. If educated members knew that story then why they did not persuade the family to report in mdia.. especially in Aljazeera etc. Its still not late and can stir her brothers to give them a good taste as a revenge. I think Saeed Khan is right; who needs "economic development" when such life-shattering catastrophes result from an enforced Western occupation? The pretend-goal is to "modernize" a backward Afghanistan.
But these tribal codes and traditions throughout the country for the respect of women's purity and chastity are MORE important, if one has to choose.

I'm glad he brought up Iraq. For I found a truly nightmarish study done in Egypt about what had been done to nice Iraqi girls. It's far unprintable here, but I posted it on a previous site to try to wake up readers about why these occupations are fueled by the devil.

I agree, the key is to get stories like this to circulate in the region and beyond. Any Muslim and any Middle Easterner would be outraged, especially at the humiliation to which nice women were subjected.

One has to see that this is the devil trying to mock the virtue of Purity which is upheld in traditional countries. So the demons drive these soldiers and even women soldiers into perpetrating these unspeakable deeds.

This is what I mean when I'm always complaining about infestation by demons of those who have been brought by Hollywood movies showing nothing but violent and tacky behavior. Those, plus the lyrics of Western 'songs' - ie filth from the devil! - play into the unconscious minds of Western youth. The results are seen here.

Maybe Al-Jazera is too much under Western influence, though, to report such incidents in Afghanistan or anywhere. That's my fear.

Rapes of young girls and young boys in afghanistan have been happening for years by nato forces and afghan warlords, and not just pashtun boys and girls but everyone else as well. The only time where there was relative security and this didnt happen as often was during the taliban rule. This is the reason why the taliban have been gaining stregth not just in the south and east but also in the north. Their system of justice is swift and harsh against the perpetrator.
The current government can not protect its population from anyone. In an environment like that people will try to get justice themselves.

you are mistaken by saying that the girls have to commit suicide. Dont bring Islam into it, Islam forbids this. The girl and the child have not done any crimes, they are the victims, since when has Islam sanctioned punishment for the victim. You are confusing the stupid culture of the middle east with Islamic justice. These girls have to be helped, they should be told by parents and elders that it is not their fault, that they have done nothing wrong, they should not be mocked but given support. Where is your sense of compassion. Watch this video and you tell me does this little girl deserve death or compassion.

What are you talking about there are no rapes in pahktunkwa, When I first went to peshawar, I saw men pinching women that had no male guards in the bazzars all the time. They would pinch and then run away like cowards. Me and my cousins caught one man and started beating him when the police came they put us in jail just because we were afghan. The pashtuns in the bazzar didnt even have the ghyrat to speak up for what was right. your police are so corrupt they dont protect the women but they protect the rapers.

No war is fought in space like a video game that there will not be any casualities. It is not good to condemn collateral damage by the NATO forces. These forces are preventing AFGHANISTAN to become the fifth province of Pakistan. This way Afghans will not be used as guinnea pigs for another proxy war by Punjabis and Arabs with the help of sold out religeous demagogues and bigots.

When you dont keep up with the pace of the world and keeps listening to the psychopath and sold out clergymen amongst you instead of listening to your scholars, scientists, engineers , doctors and technologists etc then you are destined to face the music in various forms.

Yes Khyaal bibi, these NATO forces are so kind, why don't they liberate Congo, Uganda, Darfur and other war stricken nations? Afghanistan is just so very special. It melts people hearts that they have decided to liberate it from the clutches of Punjaabis and Arabs, to whom they handed over this nation in the first place if I remember correctly. Stop living in a fools paradise. NATO is not your baba's army, if it serves their interest, they'll "help" Afghanistan. If not, they'll throw you to the dogs like they did after the soviet withdrawal.

It's all about geo-political interests, in an area where poor Afghans or Pukhtoons have no leverage. While Pakistanis and Arabs, they are regional powers. So if you think that NATO is going to some how play big brother on your behalf, you got it twisted.
