The PSDP Youtube channel recently posted an interview of Ali Khan Masud. In that, he said that whilst spreading Islam, even states like Saudi Arabia and Iran keep their national interests in mind. Even Punjabis have their national interests in their minds all the time. He was right. And I thought that whenever Pashtuns talk about their interests, people start blaming them for being nationalists (and hence kafir), Socialists, Indian/Russian/Israeli/Martian agents, ungrateful, traitorous, etc, etc. That's the biggest irony, isn't it?"If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be".
"Knowledge will forever govern ignorance; and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives".

^thanks for the correction!... this is what should have been written!
I am really glad to see pashtoons on both side of the border have a home on each side. inshaAllah the day will arrive when it will be written "50 Families migrated from Zazai Ayub District of Afghanistan to another province, Paktia, in AFghanistan. but at that time i only wish for this migration to be for more economical development, and better opportunities as apposed to sactarian violence!Last edited by Guest; 10-07-2010, 12:58 PM.

Manana for the link. Actually this has been going on for quite some time, not only do Pashtuns from Kurram go to places like Jalalabad for resources, but Pashtuns from other areas in FATA have moved due to the fighting. I know of examples of people of Bajaur, even waziristan. We should all be thankful for the hospitality of our own in these dire times of need.

Can you blame them?Originally posted by Levanaye Zalmaye View PostThe PSDP Youtube channel recently posted an interview of Ali Khan Masud. I have stressed this point before, that some Pukhtoon nationalists are the worst enemies of Pukhtoon Nationalism. You don't need others or outsiders to associated Kafirism with Pukhtoon Nationalism, Pukhtoon nationalists do a very fine job themselves. Case in point, this very platform.

no lolzz. I am talking about master khan and feroza khor's comments. Come on do I even remotely look like the guy who would support that?Originally posted by unknownprincewait, are you saying that you don't mind being a part of Pakistan???
ARGHHH!!!!
Wrayun wrora partially you are right some of the PSF have garnered a bad reputation, however to be fair to them they are no worse (in fact less) than the ttamiyaan of the other groups. However LZ touched on a good point, that there has been a systematic stigma that is attached on purpose with pashtunpaal people...that any attachment to it is a travesty.
