Dreamer wrora would you be happy if she was married.
Its barbaric if she is or not married. What difference does it make.

The punishment for adultery commited by a married person with another married person in Quran is stoning to death. This Quranic punishment is barbaric. Forget what the taliban did or did not do. First make peace with the fact that 99% of muslims are OK with this if they cannot call the punishment barbaric. The taliban did not invent this part. All I hear is excuses and excuses, the taliban are barbaric. The taliban can only be called barbaric if you can call the law that they follow barbaric. If you cannot do that than be happy and accept mullah omar as your destiny.

Sorry the rules from the Quran are not barbaric, but it is more barbaric to me to know that adulterers exist in this world, they are a disgrace to humanity and if they have kids thats an even bigger crime they have committed.

Saifullah wrora, then your best bet is to join the ranks of taliban as they will make sure this quran gets through to you and your family. The americans are not going to do that, they will only increase adultery and sexual promiscuity.

The adulterers are humans also and what if they pass a decree and have all the quran worshipers stonned to death. Say they get a peghambar and he gets a holy book called the 'adulterer bible' and in it all quran worshipers were ordered dead. How would you rationalize that.

Its hilarious to be critical of Taliban when one shares all core values with them. What bigotory.

What are u on about, please dont speak hypothetically to me...

Why u always talkin about taliban? you got nothing better to do in a discussion. We are talking about what Islam says and i think crimes in society should be dealt with, like they deal with it in every country. All countries have their own laws regarding how to tackle crimes and Islam has its own...

I may sound bigot but there is no place for love affair and adultery in pashtun society. This couple rightly deserve death.

All of the secret love affairs in our areas have sex content, there is no laila majnun love. As there are no talibans in our areas so the girl's family kill both girl and boy when relation is discovered. Police do not interfere in these honour killings.

Wow. Now its OK to slaughter your own sister cause she is having sex with a person not approved by you and your mullah. That is so so stupid. Imagine if I had to get her approval before every liason - no wonder homosexuality is more appealing to the Talib.

When will the pashtun preoccupation with female genitalia and its protection end. I guess when the price drops further.

Now when peaple say that Quran has nothing to do with honour killing, I can quote you two. Thank you.

Homosexuality is appealing because nobody can do adultery and zina....wow wat a statement. LOL

Mate only sick minded people go towards homosexuality, its not an excuse that he has been locked up away from women...

If a 'crime' is only limited between two couples without any of them killing their own partners (or anything in that direction), then why is this taken as greatly as killing an entire nation? Adultery is a very personal thing which should be solved within couples, the entire society doesn't need to know what this family's daughter or son has done and for what they are being punished. Do you even realize how hard it is for their family to even walk around a street knowing everyone is aware of their daughter/son's story, while they haven't got anything to do with it? And at last I want to ask you; Do you or don't you support the Taliban, and why?

Dear baygham if i found my sister or daughter to be indulged in the adultery despite of being so educated and mature, then i will surely kill them.

OK you claim that this crime is limited between two couples. Imagine the whole society commiting adultery and zina, without any punishment?? Well this is an example of western society. It is not a personal thing and to say so is ridiculous. It involves destroying families and if they have kids then even more destruction of the family. Most of the time if the matter is not resolved it will end in divorce and brings a stain on the family. You think if a man finds out his wife did adultery, he is gonna feel sorry for her??? Or the other way round??

I am a muslim therefore whatever the laws of Islam are I accept it. I accept more than the man-made laws because there is wisdom in the laws of Allah. It is the most effective way of stopping crime and mischief in society. If a person recognises there is a law of stoning to death an adulterer, then they would think twice before commiting such a crime.

This is a sick belief in today's time that people seem to defend a criminal!! ADULTERY is a crime and cannot be made into a trivial act.

Well we all feel strongly about this and that.

I just want to know if that willingness to kill her and the guidance for that is coming from the Quran. Would you think of killing her if the Quran had said otherwise? I just want to know that.

So your only reason for killing (by stonning) your own or my daughter or sister, who has commited adultery, is not because pashtoons do it, but because Allah orders you to do so through the Quran. Am I clear in assuming that.

The Quran states a punishment for all crimes, if it can be proven Quran has another punishment for adultery then ill accept it
