Defence.pk is a Pakistani military propaganda site whose ostensible owner is a Pakistani operating in America. However the website is full of personnel connected to the Pakistani military or ex, if not current military personnel themselves.
As such its policies reflect Pakistani military interests and the agenda of the Pakistani military.
The supposed no.2 of the forum is a Punjabi Pakistani who is currently using the name of an ancient Egyptian pagan god, "Horus".
Link to Pakistani nationalist's call for Saudi to annex Crimea.
Now Defence.pk is a controversial website and is generally known as a low-quality website for trolls e.g. an ex-"moderator" who said Shias should be burnt, Bangladeshi Jamaatis who preach hatred against Hindus, anti-Semitism, ISIS supporters etc.
No intelligent person would take this ridiculous website seriously.
However it is essentially an ISI-run website.
The ISI are Pakistan's state security service i.e. "Inter-Services Intelligence".
The individual who has been advocating the Saudi annexation of Yemen along the lines of Russia's annexation of Crimea seems to be very well connected to the Pakistani military, who are close to the Saudis and who covertly may be playing a very big role in the current operations in Yemen.
In this thread I will explain why Saudi Arabia should never dream of annexing Yemen in a thousand years.
1. The territorial integrity, security and social & economic stability of Saudi Arabia is a national security issue for Bangladesh.
We will never allow anything to happen to Saudi Arabia.
We have a 0.2 million strong army with a 5 million strong VDP force (reservists).
Considering that we sent thousands of volunteers to help defend the Palestinians in the 1980s, Link: Thousands of Bangladeshis fight to defend Palestinians. Saudi Arabia can be rest assured that it has the support of 160 million Bangladeshis, whose 'ulama (religious scholars) would declare it an obligation to defend the country in an emergency.
We have 2 million expatriates in Saudi Arabia whose remittances keep our country afloat this is why we have a very critical and hugely important interest in the stability of Saudi Arabia.
If Saudi Arabia collapses, Bangladesh collapses.
Now on to why Saudi Arabia can never annex Yemen.
2. Population
Saudi Arabia's population is said to be around 28 million, whilst Yemen's is not too far behind and at 24 million.
This would not be an "annexation", more of a merger even if the Saudi state takes control of Yemen.
Russia's population is 143 million, Crimea's is 2 million.
The ratio of population between Russia and Crimea is roughly 1:70
Whereas Saudi Arabia and Yemen are almost the same.
3. Territorial size
Though size is not as important as population, the Russian armed forces are structured to have a huge control of the earth's land mass in an area stretching from Poland to Alaska.
The Saudi armed forces are not designed for that.
In fact the national guard exist as a counter to the regular Saudi army in case the army try and attempt a coup. There is relative parity between the two forces.
If the Saudi government are not even fully confident of internal security or their own army how can they then control Yemen.
4. Yemen is a burden and a time bomb.
Yemen would be a burden on Saudi Arabia and diminish the "Saudi-ness" of Saudi Arabia.
- Yemen's 24 million population have a GDP per capita of under $1,500 dollars less than the African country of Zambia.

Zambia, the average Zambian is richer than the average Yemeni.
Saudi has a GDP per capita of roughly $25,000 i.e. the average Saudi is 16 times richer than the average Yemeni.
How can Saudi Arabia if it annexed Yemen end this huge gap?
How many billions would it have to spend to make Yemenis as rich as Saudis?
If Yemenis do not become as rich as Saudis or are neglected then they are not a part of Saudi Arabia just like the Hejaz, Ha'il but are a colony.
Yemenis would be under foreign occupation and a colony of Saudi Arabia in the way that the west bank was under Israeli occupation.
"Yemenization"
If 24 million Yemenis become Saudi citizens then in theory they would have the right to migrate anywhere in the new country including Riyadh, Jiddah, Dammam etc.
The key phrase is "in theory" (Saudi is a very tightly controlled state and society).
If Yemenis with their different culture, food, dialect, habits, sect (Zaydi or Shafi) flood Saudi Arabia, Saudi will lose its "Saudi" culture.
If Yemenis are banned from travelling to Saudi Arabia proper or to work or settle there, this means they are not equal citizens of Saudi Arabia, but colonial subjects.
If Saudi Arabia wants to rule Yemen it has to extend the full benefits of Saudi society to the Yemenis, which is financially unsustainable.
As such its policies reflect Pakistani military interests and the agenda of the Pakistani military.
