The reason for posting this news was to inform "wise" people like you that where your govt. is vigilant enough to ban useful and important websites like Google, Wiki, facebook etc. it does not give a damn about the pornographic sites as obvious by the "search terms" in google trends which have remained consistent over the years. This trend of keeping double-standards is not only practiced at our govt. level but has now penetrated into our society as well.
You can make a big hue and cry that Pakistan is "pure-istan" but that does not change the fact that our people do have access to porn stuff. I highly suggest going to any Internet cafe in your local area and witness it with both open eyes and mind. If they give access to porn stuff, why they ban google and facebook for the reason of blasphemy? Doesn't porn qualify as blasphemy?
I hope you will try your level best to answer my questions before getting the privilege of becoming a much greater fool than me.

I have afghanistani room mate and he is porn addict.
Whenever I am out of room , he grabs my evo usb and always misuse it.
He would look for tiny exotic clips in bollywood movies and watch them for hours and he prays half naked without his shirt saying its halal.

Lets say that if net was provided to each and everybody in Afghanistan,today afghanistan would be 1st in the list too.
Its connected to lack of education and there are more issues connected to it.
The topic is about pakistan so lets talk only about Pakistan

as a Mahajir i lived in pakistan for 7 yrs.
My own friends would start talking about islam every second day and they would start going
to masjid pray 5 times a day and etc, but in the meantime if one of them would find a sexy
picture or something, All of them would rush not to miss the glance of the picture.
It means there is islam in pakistan but no one spreads it or teaches it in the right way.
Mullah is sitting in masjid waiting for its own zakat and khairat nothing else
Schools have an islamic class but the person who teaches that class is almost gone for
good, He himself is more interested in things which are haram in islam than anyother person in the class.

Lets ask why did many ppl search for porn pictures and clips from pakistan?
its Lack of access to women, lack of access to marriages, lack of access to halal life
partner, lack of access to satisfy their desires.
Many go to haram stuff like zinah and stuff but there are others who cant even afford to commit zina.
They watch porn movies and pictures and satisfy themselves.

with all due respect aseer, i have seen alot more pakistanies being faithful to their religion than i have seen of afghans. compare their population to us and then the availability of internet in their country to ours then speak.
