Pakistan army has always been a nationalist army, not a Islamic one, that's why such crimes happened, even though they say they defend a so called "Islamic" republic. Not sure if that cartoon is accurate though, I just can't imagine religious muslims allowing rape of their own women like that, it may have happened, but it's hard to imagine
