But I did no see anything in the case that Zman did anything wrong. He was calling the police about someone that looked like someone that had robbed in the neighborhood before. there was an altercation and he was yelling for help, what did you want him to do, nothing.Comment

A neiborhood watch guy who is on probation does not need to go patroling with a gun unless he thinks he is modern antonio banderas in zorro.
He could have remained seated behind the wheel untill the real cops arive. Martin did not commit any crime so there is no need to go after him with a gun.
