Not true. They exist because of the institutionalized racism in america that creates ghettos

that's because the non muslim blacks(inferior in their view) have adapted the French culture(superior in their view). If people are stubborn from embracing the "superior" culture, then they will act to suppress the stubbornness to basically force people to embrace the "superior' culture.

they don't view Islam as a religion. They view Islam as an Arab culture and they view that arabs used "Islam" to convince people to embrace Arab culture. They want to change you from an "Arab slave" to a "French slave" by forcing their culture on you and preventing you from practicing that "desert culture." Most French politicians that make policy don't even know the basic beliefs in Islam.
