Regarding the first comment, I assure you that its you that cannot concede to reality as it is and is it will be. I really hope that when everything unfolds in the coming decade that you get everything you wished for because the way its going - I have a bad feeling that you are going to be unpleasantly surprised by the outcome of this war. Its not what I want for you - but what I see coming.Originally posted by Toramana View PostThere is a problem with you Barakzai----You have very poor research skills and analytical interpretative abilities ---Now we can agree on one thing ? Regarding the second comment of course. You already have my personal contact info. Lets just hope you can quit going into that wierd zone you go into where you think anyone that disagrees with you is automatically a member of the Quetta shura standing in front of you. I swear you must have alienated some people, even familial, with this reflexive and very passionate discourse and intense emotion you feel whenever these issues come up. I am not easily annoyed (except if its Azmal since he is a donkey)."2 crackheads don't become any better or stronger by sharing the same crack pipe." - Greatest PF quote

Toramana and lewanay feeling sad heinh? How is it? Feeling? Good imagine,we afghans have suffered to much to feel this kind of saddness,he provoked this attack,of course i don't like how he was murdered and those terrorist elements behind it,and sadly innocents get caught,bt i wished there was a pit we could throw all pak military and politicians and ttp that they kill eachothers... that would bring peace to this earth.
When afghans were dying they were cheering and making some redhats parties, and blabbering about pashtuns and such things but for me thy aren't pashtns they betrayed pashtuns, have any afghan forgot the descrimination in Khyber-P,when guards checked id cards if you were afghan you wouldn't get any food to buy,and in school the teachers and students always made fun of you cause you were afghan ...now the war has come to you,Allah has brought his wrath over you.High achievement always takes place in the framework of high expectation.

^ I'm sorry if the Pashtuns of Peshawar mistreated the Pashtuns from across the Durand but we do not share their sentiments. For us, all Pashtuns are one nation.
In any case, whoever Bashir Bilour was, he was a Pashtun. And he was killed in a most unislamic and 'unpashtun' manner. Seven other people were also killed in this attack.
What's sad is that some Pashtuns, even if they don't feel sorry for another Pashtun (or human being) dying, are actually celebrating his death here on Pashtun Forums. This is exactly what's wrong with us and what is keeping us divided. This is how foreigners use one Pashtun to murder another Pashtun. The result is that Pashtuns become divided and weakened. The result is that both Kabul and Peshawar come under the heel of Punjab."If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be".

No quiet the contrary. The issue is the utter lack of respect on both sides. This particular group for instance attempts to dehumanize innocents in the FATA area and refer to them as "occupied." Whenever a drone strike kills someone there what respect for human and Pashtun life do they show? Have they spoken up against the fact that these folks, when hit are referred to in military parlance as "bugsplat"?Originally posted by Levanaye Zalmaye View Post^ I'm sorry if the Pashtuns of Peshawar mistreated the Pashtuns from across the Durand but we do not share their sentiments. Or perhaps its the respect of how anytime a reasonable voice attempts to show how the Tajiite version of how everytime a missile is launched it is always, 100% of the time an Arab or an Uzbek or Hakimullah Mahsud that is hit (9 times mind you!), that person is immediatly maligned:
http://www.nytimes.com/2011/11/04/op...lies.html?_r=0
When the ANP and the Tajiites found themselves cornered and a Western organiztion called Reprieve led by a White faced Westerner citing a specific example that was tangible and touchable and validatable (Tariq's Waziri family) these same groups started to shake their fists with fury and generate massive conspiracy monger theories.
What did they come up with? Well, not an iota of anything other than: Clive Stafford Smith has met with Jemima Khan who knows Imran Khan who is an ISI playboy therefore somehow Clive Stafford Smith is in with the ISI. No bank account statements, no evidence of any material benefit etc just simply an idiotic meandering from greater idiots.
Absurdity after absurdity emanates from these same people.
1. They claim they follow the nonviolent philosophies of Bacha Khan yet admit freely that they are more than thrilled at the utilization of such armanents against FATA. To cover up their glee, an occasional statement is released in a similar fashion as that of the military complex of Pakistan condemning these events. Yet private conversations and public affiliations prove where their "hearts" really lie.
So once they start respecting the life of Tariq and his family (look for their automatons to claim that its the black turbaned ones that put Tariq in danger as if that had anything to do with the fact that Stafford Smith is making it clear that no militants were on the scene) then perhaps the other side will start respecting their lives.
2. When confronted with these facts as above they stammer to validate their strategic moves by saying "youd even take arms from the devil if you felt occupied and oppressed" forgetting that historically they slammed their ideological enemies from taking arms from their supposed greater ideological enemies and yet now they are the ones receiving grants, arms, and support from this same "greater ideological enemy."
3. To further validate the above strategy the invent the idiotic and nonexistent false situation where somehow we are to believe that a total of 100 Arabs maybe at best is holding all of FATA hostage. That is then backed up with another theory of how the Pakistani military is holding all of FATA hostage under the directive of said Arabs. Then, when this is dismissed by realists and the retort is "well why are you clammoring like a jack rabbit in heat for a North Waziristan operation and why did you ask the Army to enter Swat?" the conversations stops and devolves into further nonsense. This attempt to dehumanize the lives of people they disagree with is simply equal and opposite to their adversaries approach of dehumanizing them.
So LZ, respect begets respect. Chicanery gives birth to chicanery. Hypocrasy lives next door to itself.Last edited by BarakzaiAbdali; 12-24-2012, 09:43 PM."2 crackheads don't become any better or stronger by sharing the same crack pipe." - Greatest PF quote

But I thought that when his bro made the incendiary statement and put a price on the head of the Copt that made that film they were referred to as a Hindko speaking family and members of the party disowned that brother and utilized that "distinction" when it was convenient then.
The above seems to reconcile with this article form the Frontier Post:

indicating that his ethnic derivation was from some other group than Pashtun.Last edited by BarakzaiAbdali; 12-24-2012, 11:12 PM."2 crackheads don't become any better or stronger by sharing the same crack pipe." - Greatest PF quote
