Yes or no would be enough.

Speculation that worship of Melek Taus was worship of Satan (who fell) have resulted in Yezidi's being persecuted as 'devil worshippers' throughout their history and persecuted.
in what way are they dangerous if they are the ones being persecuted?

They're not a sect; they don't even consider themselves Muslims, let them live as they want, it's not your concern

Do you know how many Afghan refugees were in the Peshawar camps? I mean it was one of the most seismic population shifts of the last century. You can't fault Afghans in Peshawar who disagree by saying that they are "pakified" so as to say. In fact, so many of them are in Afghan enclaves that they even preserve a major part of their own dialect.

He' wasn't in a refugee camp from the sounds of it. Maybe Khushal can shed light on his time in Peshawar. I mean even if he was born in Afghanistan proper, it doesn't make him really an expert on the subject as numerous other Pashtuns have all confirmed his assessments are inaccurate and he himself has conceded albeit very mildly. The point was just to highlight his attempt at trying to discredit someone based on where they were born/reside boomerangs.

Now don't get me wrong I don't approve of that, in fact I find that disgusting. But Tribal reputation allows you to get away with a lot It doesn't make them "off the hook" with the lesser tribe. It means , there is no law or recourse; You can try to use Jirga sure, but if the tribe is powerful. There is no way to enforce it.

more about what is flawed about Pashtunwali.
This is a red herring and it is false. If a Hotak offends a khoratai in ghazni, the khorotai is not powerless to gets its badal. The khoratai even though is weaker in ghazni is not powerless at all. There are still thousands of memebers that live in ghazni. People want to avoid wars and feuds at all costs. The majoity of it happens because they do not want to look weak to their rivals.

Your making it seem like that nanawatai is a guarantee "off the hook." the offended party does not have to forgive the offender. They want compensation not matter what depending on the matter. nanawatai is used just for the violence to stop and talks could begin.

Your orginal intention was that it was used as a guarantee off the hook and that it is encouraged and your changing the subject. good move.

I have visited peshawar many times from the states but have never really lived there only stayed with my cousins who were born there and were raised there which I have mentioned in posts. I think thats where you have seen my posts but I myself have not really lived there. I am from jaji, paktia, thats where I was born and have lived. WE lived in a refugee camp in parachinar for awhile.
                            But that should not matter.

Not False at all, even Admin Khan corroborates my statement.

nice try ..your Khushal says so, has been denied by others who probably have more time in Afghanistan than you do.

Most of the Ghazni Kharotan have been transferred to Qunduz at the Turn of the Century; The Kharotan are not that powerful in Ghazni anymore; they were powerful more a few hundred years ago.

Now I'm not saying a tribe won't try to fight back, but let's say a Kuchi comes , steals a Zazai girl and then his karawan comes to a Hotak area and asks for nanawatai, it will happen. And no matter how many threats a Zazai will make; the Hotak are powerful enough to find them off EASILY. So they can't enforce any law, only try to get revenge. This is not , this is bruised ego. so this would not necessarily dissuade some something like kidnapping. It depends on how powerful the clans are.

you are wrong and several forum members have confirmed that you are. Your rose tinted ideas of Pashtun Morality, don't exist
