i am also aware of this harsh reality. A friend of mine was contractor in wana, he told me the same stories about uzbeks killing and torturing locals and raping their women. Uzbeks used to abduct waziri women in fields in daylight with no challenge from locals. The ones married to uzbeks faced gang rapes. Those waziri talibans who complained about the brutality of them, were slaughtered. The suspectible locals got tortured in undergroud cells. The wazirs were so much victimized by uzbeks that they were crying for help of pakistani army.
