Pakis/Punjabis have fought and instigated 4 wars so far...and have squarely lost every one of them ...this is not to mention the many attempts they have made to conquer Kashmir and occupy Afghanistan but with humuliating defeats/failures, and consequences...So there is no question of becoming afraid on that count...

However, the world is worried terrorists may get hold of these things...
