Sure. You are welcome to believe that people are not offended by the fact that non-muslims exist. My primary goal was not to offend when I came here -- I can't really help that some are so thin skinned that they got offended that I am alive, unless I hide and avoided posting entirely, which would defeat the purpose of trying to communicate with the more level headed people on here.

Read the first post. Or any of several dozen other posts where I replied to that question. I never came here to be converted, I came here to open a dialog with people of a culture *very* different from my own, establish a middle ground, and have a conversation that exposes both sides to thoughts and ideas they are not often exposed to.

I think that I have clearly exposed you to a way of thought that you are not used to, or comfortable with, and I know *I* have been exposed to a way of thought I don't see every day, so I consider it a success. Lately the discussion has been pretty shallow -- I wish some of the deeper thinkers around here posted a little more often, and you wasted my time a little less, though.
