Sure -- and the ones that have improved the lives of *all* humans -- you know, the things like safe food, water, farming, food stroage, vaccines, medicine, clothing, housing, education, reading, writing, fishing, electricity, computers, and billions of other things.

all the toxic crap didn't just climb out from a hole in the ground and change into dangerous pollutants on it's own.

No one is saying it did -- but you can't ignore all the benefits science has brought, as well.

What you are doing is no different than someone looking at *only* the negative side of religion, and ignoring any positive side effects.

Reading my responses over and again and something came to me. RTR and Ozymandius are throwing back at me the workings of scientists and textbook facts. I was lateral thinking and came up with original and creative thoughts of my own.

I brought up the parable of Moses and Pharoah. Moses showed Pharoah basic signs, nothing special like angels or God. He stubbornly denied and was adamant of his knowledge of the worlds compared to Moses. The stories of the Prophets are all the same. A man going against the norms of culture by providing basic signs. If you don't believe in the Prophet's existence, no problem. The story's themes serves as a lesson of life.

Please bring critical thinking and stop providing others evidence and recycled thoughts and beliefs. Your lying to yourself if you have a satisfied life, but has never thought philosophically or independently on your own.

Faye is actually not Muslim; she's an Australian of European descent who went through some epiphany and went into a retreat with Aboriginal Australians, she now believes that Australian Witchdoctors knew Quantum Physics before scientists did because they said stuff like "all life is interconnected" and David Bohm remarked "all matter and energy is interconnected" ....I mean clearly those Aborigines and Bohm were discussing the same thing.

Let's not go there. Too many people here will get offended by that. It's enough to point out that Islam has a reputation in modern times of being proud of child abuse. We often hear of 'honor killings', or forcing girls to not get an education, or many, many variations of those themes.
