The taliban are not sunni pashtoon musalmanan. Just like the Qadians are not sunni pashtoon musalmanan. Both have diverted from the pashtoon musalmani of our forefathers, not for truth but for money. One for schillings from her majesty the Queen and the other for riyals from his majesty the king and his main courtesan the ISI damah.

    Fitwah i akhiri,

    Qari Baygham mullah-alay-salam.
Don't mock their religion. This is so stupid and immature of you. Disagree with them in a polite and decent manner.

Wahhabis disguised themselves as Hanbalis in Afghanistan. They even changed the way they prayed to conform outwardly to the prayer of Afghans (Hanafis). Those groups that openly called themselves "Salafi" (Wahhabi) and preached their falsehood were stopped by the Taliban and their institutions were shut down.

The leaders of the Taliban are well known. Their families, their teachers, their places of study are well known. They, like the majority of their fighters, who are common Afghans, are Sunnis who are Hanafi in fiqh, Maturidi in `aqida, and Naqshbandi and Qadiri sufis.
Where are you going with this. I am really interested. So, are you saying that the Taliban were not Wahabi/Salafi? Please elaborate.

Hiding behind religion doesnot exonorate one from atrocities against humanity. Why should I be polite and decent when they openly threaten to kill me for my view and would if they can lay their hands on me. It goes both ways. Show respect with actions. Killers should not be shown respect. Dont show me any respect if I start killing people.

We must be polite because he, upon him be peace and blessings, has been sent to perfect character.

This is a hard one to counter. I would have to agree with you.
They are doing it to themselves. I know that they are in the fore-front of mocking every faith but theirs. I was just trying to keep it professional. But I do agree that the mockery was started by them.

Welcome to the community by the way.
It is a hadith in which RasulAllah states "Indeed, I have been sent to perfect good character"

I was making a point that even when you must be stern in stand, it is exemplary to maintain politeness.

                In any case wellcome here.

I am aware of my purpose of creation but thank you for your input on the matter, by your own account. Here's another good one.

Abu Masud Uqbah bin Amr al Ansari al Badri reported that the Messenger of Allah sallAllahu alaiyhi wa sallam said:
"Among the things that the people have found from the words of the previous prophets was:'If you have no shame, then do as you please.'"

                  Pretty nifty.

You are lying. Shamelessly lying. First of all, Taliban are not all Deobandi. There are even Shi'ites among Taliban. Likewise there are many people from other denomination.

And you jahmites call anyone who does not belong to the jahmi sect a wahhabi. If people take their aqeeda from quran and sunnah then they are considered as wahhabi.

Mullah Omar or any other top ranking figure in Taliban have not condemned people of quran and sunnah. This is your sufi sheen totay fabrication .

Many Salafi friends of mine were teachers and some people I know use to be commanders with te Taliban back in the 90's.

In fact, there are many Nuristanis and people in the Kunar who adhere to the salafi creed.

I dont see Mullah Omar disowning them.

Yet in Kabul when the Taliban captured the city, the cracked down on Ashiqan & Arifan sufi stronghold where music was played, boys were sodomized and drugs and alcohol were consumed.

jahm ibn safwan was a man. He had a very weird theology. And he was beheaded for spreading his false theology and corrupting the beliefs of other Muslims.

so Ibn-taymiyya and the wahabis/salafis who were given fatwas against (some of kufr) and some were beheaded in afghanistan and other places in the world would be a perfect match for "jahmites".

Haneef, the problem is that you are hostile to people of salafi creed not because you have any valid arguments or objections based on quran and sunnah.

The only argument you have is "because Afghanistan is hanafi, everything else must be wrong" And "because you are ash'ari everything else must be wrong".

Yet, your hanafi fiqh is not bulletproof. In fact, many Hanafi scholars have advocated that people shouldn't follow blindly.

And the most prominent commentators on books of aqeedah were hanafis. Abul Iz al Hanafi is one of those.

You need to get over your tribalist mentality. And accept the fact that none of the false beliefs you want to defend by your bad manners is grounded on quran and hadith. Its mere opinions. You are from Ahlurray. And your hostility to ahlul hadeeth is not based on sound and solid arguments. But on xenophobia.

so me repeating 100 times that they are a politically motivated group to divide and conquer muslims and they are anthromorphists and claim most muslims have been kafir has gone un-noticed? I wonder if you are playing stupid or you actually are stupid.
