Here is an interesting article about vegetarians/vegans in the US.
84% of Vegetarians and Vegans Return to Meat. Why? | Psychology Today
Not just the carbs, but the quality of carbs. Wheat based foods, if they're unbleached or unprocessed have lower glycemic index than white rice. Indics have high incidence of diabetes related to all their shireeni and rice.

They are probably some of the most unhealthy people on the Earth. However, strangely in Kerala they tend to be healthier. Most of them are vegetarians but they don't have as many junky foods and less ghee and things like that. They eat LOTS of coconut though and use lots of coconut oil which is shown to have some good properties.

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

      .
What I don't understand about indics is that they eat mainly vegetables but are very overweight? I rarely see a fit indic they usually have round faces and everything. If they changed their don't they might be at least a bit more appealing but I just don't see that happening.

What I don''t understand about Indics is why they come here pretending not to be Indics and then when someone mentions something about Hindus suddenly come flooding into the thread and start acting Indic thinking no one notices.

I still believe their lack of "jor" is because of their diet in general rather than a lack of meat, they eats LOTS of low quality sugary food, LOTS of ghee, it makes people sluggish. You're right in the sense a heartier diet with meat makes you more rugged, most vegetarians have lots of defiiciencies and that's because certain nutrients are easier to get through meat. Another thing is we don't eat as much rice as Indians, we meat whole grain breads or wheat more. That makes a huge difference too.
The area where I am from, we call Ghee "gho ghwaree." My fathers generation and before them would drink gho ghwaree straight up. They are under the impression that gho ghwaree gives you strength and stamina.

well isn't shlomba just buttermilk? I think that's what you're referring to right? ...I think we call butter kousha?

Most Indian people I know including Hindus eat meat even beef.

As far the health effects, its mostly genetic. I have cousins who eat far "healthier" than I do and exercise more than I do but their cholesterol levels are much higher than mines where they have to take cholesterol medications. Also the food we eat today is not the food our grandparents ate. We are eating mostly hormone injected meats, eggs, dairy and genetically modified plants.
Most meat today in the US and the West is factory farmed including "Halal" meat. In these farms it is standard practice to pump the animals with estrogen which is the female equivalent hormone to testosterone. This is one of the reasons girls in the US are reaching puberty earlier, and developing almost full breasts at young ages and why even males in the US especially those who don't exercise are developing what we term "man boobs."

Consuming this estrogen infused food also may explain the decreasing sperm count of Western males (males living in the West including Muslims).

I will provide research articles later tonight for each of the above facts (I have read several)
"The past is not my concern. The future is no longer my concern either. One minute. One minute of everything at once. And anything before is nothing. Everything after nothing. Nothing in comparison to that one minute."

Ok, I do want to eat meat like Chicken and I like the taste, but in the US and much of the West- there really is no such thing as Halal meat right now

I am not at home right now, but later tonight I will provide my sources for the above. The Prophet(pbuh) instructed that animals must be blind folded and given something sweet like sugar before slaughter- the slaughter in itself must be done without the other animals seeing.

I have told scholars and Imams this, and they tell me it is "impractical" to follow that standard- that is absurd to me because such thinking leads to a slippery slope.

Eating vegetables is no issue, but eating today's meat (in the US most is all factory farmed) does cause an increase in a person's estrogen levels.

Another example is dairy milk which has A LOT of estrogen.

There is this health documentary on Netflix I watched last year- it points out all of this.

Most Indians in the US that I know of actually eat meat.

The Indians I know who don't eat meat are actually geniuses so I don't think their skinny physique should be a limitation because it seems their brains are huge.

I enjoy reading the responses, but does anyone want to address the fact that this meat (in the US and West) is not halal? I will await responses and reply.

^^ this is quite racist. I hope you change your mind set in how you think of people. Racism is never a good thing.

Having said that, lots of Desi (mostly Hindus with a few Muslims) seem to be marrying whites. That could be because they look up to whites and imitate their culture. They mostly do not marry blacks even though blacks have probably the strongest physique in terms of muscles.

Its pretty well known Hindu obsession with mean consumption. Savarkar, the father of modern Hindutva movement, used to mock Gandhi because he was vegetarian. They met in London. I read once that Savarkar was frying shrimps. When he offered some to Gandhi, he refused. Savarkar then said "only a fool would attempt to resist the British without being fortified by animal protein."

Hindus know that lack of meat consumption creates weak individuals. Thats why most of Hindus are such mentally and physically people. Heratis call Indians "merdom bi-emaan" because they look disgustingly weak.

To sum it up: centuries of meat protein deficiency created a nation of weak, effeminate and emotional losers. Just look at Karachi. He is a typical effete Apu. Inferior people.

Rhinos eat grass. I do not think the rhino is weak lol.

Your perspective on this topic is racist and also non-factual.

Please explain man boobs in the US to me. Did you know that dairy milk and meat in the US is infused with estrogen?

We call butter kwuch and shlomba is a watered down yogurt drink with salt that we call torway. I think Kandahari call it shlomba or shlombay.

gho ghwaree is basically butter that is heated where the water in butter is evaporated.

We call butter kuchi, Without the "W".

Most of the upper class have always ate beef and meet. But the vast majority of south asians did not over many generations. Even muslim Indians avoid meat.

Yes, I have heard of this which is why I said that the food we eat today is not the food our grandparents ate. Not just meat but plant based foods as well.
Beef is injected with hormones but it is not practical to inject chickens with hormones since each chicken has to be injected 3 times a day but they do have antibiotics in them. Cattle on the other hand are injected one time in the ear and it slowly goes into their bodies.
What you say about Milk injected with estrogen is actually a Vegan "propaganda." Milk has estrogen in it naturally since most of the milk we drink come from pregnant cows and also the milk we get from our mothers also have estrogen in it. The US does inject non-steroidal hormone bovine
                              somatotropin in dairy cows.

But European beef is not injected nor is the organic beef here in the States.
