he might have praised yazeed. That is not as bad as shi'tes who curse all of the prophets companions on daily bases. Including his wives abu bakr, umar and uthman.

About women exploitation in US , ZN is right but when he says Islam uplifts and gives security to women there he is totally wrong. Women are much more exploited in the Muslim countries than the west.

Muslim women are the most insecure women in the orient as well as occident. No muslim society in any country gives them their rights. They are just sex toys in the sacred land of the Prophet of Islam who himself had 11 wives ranging from a child [Ayesha] to that of an middle aged women [Khadeeja] and even the one who was once the wife of his adopted son Zaid.

In short, you are saying that Islam degrades women?

I suppose praising the murderes of prophets family is acceptable... ps not all shia curse as you say .... the correct stnace is to distance oneself from the enemies of ahle bayt who ever they may be...names need not be mentioned for God knows as does history testify to who they are

I dont know whether Islam degrades women or not as it has more than a dozen versions but YESS MUSLIMS DONOT GIVE THE TYPE OF RESPECT WOMEN DESERVE TO THEIR WOMEN.

Imagine the poor wife of Mufti Sanger ,if some fool ever commits the blunder of his life to marry his daughter to him, just imagine the hell that poor women will be going through.[Disclaimer: No offence intended]

By the way,try to draw logical conclusions from the premises instead of trying spelling out hidden agendas in your unconscious mind. Like if someone says A=B and then B=C then you should infer that A=C instead of concluding that it A=B means Allah created Balls and B=C means people with Balls commit Crime so In short you are saying that Allah commits Crimes.

^ Kandahary, I think Muhsina knows very well what she's talking about. She's even quoted some hadiths that I myself have read over and over and in extreme shock. (The only mistake she made is not telling us where exactly to find them. I've read each one in Muslim. Will take me time to go searching for them now.)

And what she means by how Islam may or may not respect women, but Muslim societies certainly don't is simple, according to my understanding of her posts: Islam may have given women their due rights, but they're in Muslims' hands; there's no point in just HAVING the rights -- what's more important is actually practicing them. Education, rights in marriage/divorce, working, etc. We love to say, "But that's not Islam's fault!" But that's not the point here. The point is that they're denied to many, many Muslim women in much of the Muslim world, and often, unfortunately, distorted, misogynist, and unfair interpretations of Islam are used to support denying them these rights.

It's not about whether Islam says yes or no to women's basic rights; it's whether we actually have the right to ENJOY those rights that's important here. So what that I have the right to education if I'm denied it according to some people? So what that I have the right to work and earn money if my husband doens't let me work, claiming that it's haraam? So what that I have the right to sit at home not working at all if I'm being forced to work by a greedy family? So what that I have the right to NOT cover my face/hair if I don't want (since it's up to God to decide how to, if at all, punish me for it) if I'm being forced to do so by someone in my family or my society?

That's what we're talking about. There's no point in having ANY rights just for the heck of it when you can't practice them.

Did you read my post? Because I said nothing for you to make such a conclusion.

I'm not talking about theories (i.e., the rights of women in Islam); I'm talking about PRACTICE (i.e., can women actually ENJOY those rights in reality).

If you don't get the difference, read my post over and over until you actually get the difference.

Here, Kandahary. I highlighted parts of my post that I think will help you see our point.
                          Here:

                          So, basically:

Let's not talk in theories; let's talk of practicality for once, Let's be realistic, let's be honest, let's be critical of what's happening in our societies to the cursed gender (girls/women).

Nasty attitude? It's not nastiness; it's reminding you that you're not reading carefully or honestly.

But I'm sorry that you feel that way.

All I am saying is, there's a difference between what we're supposed to do and what we actually do.

And editing my post? No, I only added things to it to make things clear for you, since you misunderstood. If you compare that post to the one you've quoted in your reply, you'll see that I made no changes whatsoever to what you've copied but have only added things afterwards.

                              The above makes no sense.
Ask those women in the third world muslim countries whose husbands and kids are killed in your holy Jihad and they are forced to be prostitutes how much rights and respect that have. Ask your fuedal and Khans how much inheritance property they give to their women etc. It will then make a lot of sense to you.

How about we picture your children, Imagine how they will be raised or your wife? Islam teaches us tolerance so I will not stoop that low [Disclaimer: No offence intended]
You are free to say whatever you want if it is not malafide. By the way being a women I can technically only marry a man about whom you may reflect anyhting. Ofcourse I cant marry a woman to be my wife as negative charges repel each other.LOL.

Khorey you are quite uneducated in Islam, I suggest you to stick with politics.
Khor drna zaar sha. Yaw minute makhkay day wror wum us day rana khor jora kra.lol

I think you need to teach me gender studies instead. Which phrase of mine gave you to wrong impression that I do not know about Islam ,give me an opportunity to explain it to you then you may pass judgements to which we are already used to. Thanks to Mufti saib.

If you want to learn we have many here who can help you.
Sure I want to learn before I teach you a lesson.

I will start it right from the scratch:

Which logical rather ontological argument convinces you about the abstract or physical existence of a metaphysical being or diety in the divine scriptures and how that conforms with the "theory of everyhting"?
