The problem is you guys are uptight and taking offense at something not directed at you, but at those who have perpetuated such reactionary attitudes of Muslims which makes the entire Muslim community vulnerable. But what benefit was that reaction which many claim was specifically designed to spark protests and outrage in the Muslim world. The guy who made it, did it so it will anger Muslims. That's exactly what happened.

they were silent because they arent oppressed and invaded.

obviously the maisntream muslims are not like qdianis ,yazidis,bahai etc .
those are first of all out of the fold of Islam and they arent in the same situation as "mainstream conservative muslims."
