one could say that about you since you are avoiding the questions. Have I weakened your faith in the mutazalahs way of thinking.Originally posted by RevolutionThroughReason View PostActually it could be argued that people that people who have weak faith in God avoid logic and reason to connect to God, because they're afraid that logic will kill their faith. So rather than seeking the truth, they just attach themselves to their blind attachment to some idea they made up in their heads instead of God "himself".

If the dimwits are smart enough to get guns, why cant you super smart guys figure out how to get them.
It answers your question of why they couldn't prevent them. That is a real roadblock; just because you can't cope with the answer, just says you're biased and looking for an answer that suits your agenda.
You don't have to be "smart" to get guns, even Americans can get guns and the Taliban couldnt stop them from invading a Muslim despite being kufar does that mean Kufr is better than Islam? Not at all, similarly Your argument demonstrates nothing against Logic and Reason.Last edited by RevolutionThroughReason; 07-17-2012, 11:54 PM.
He is no different than us,he blindly believes in the words of other men,:
That's irrelevant to Kais's statement though, but you're wrong; in Mutazlah we don't have "faith" in our thinking, we are intellectually convinced. That hasn't been shook, as far as I am concerned I answered your question; I'm just not giving you the answer you're looking for. That doesn't make me unsure, it makes you unsure of your position.Last edited by RevolutionThroughReason; 07-17-2012, 11:56 PM.
He is no different than us,he blindly believes in the words of other men,:
Mutazilah believe what is more obvious by evidence; modern evidence shows we evolved, which means the Qur'an must be consistent with nature and thus Qur'an must be actually describing evolution.Originally posted by کیش View PostDo Mutazilah believe Adam was created by clay, or have they reasoned to a hypothesis that says evolution?
He is no different than us,he blindly believes in the words of other men,:
If that was true; why did God give evidence which is contrary to how corrupted Mullahs interpret the Qur'an?
He is no different than us,he blindly believes in the words of other men,:
I believe in what God reveals, and if God created nature wouldn't mean that whatever is in the Qur'an is consistent with nature? Why does nature show evidence that would mean the parts you take literally would have to be a metaphor for evolution?Originally posted by کیش View PostDo you belief in the Quran, or a hypothesis?
He is no different than us,he blindly believes in the words of other men,:
