I agree. But sadly we haven't been taught "humanity" from birth. We have grown to become accustomed to death and destruction all around us.

It is the result of being born in a society where we hear about death so much we become accustomed to it, we learn to ignore it, treat it as absolutely normal. Like it doesn't matter. We learn to distance ourselves from the pain and suffering going on all around us.

Truly our primary purpose for our society should be helping the weak, the downtrodden and the helpless... there are many such people in Pakistan (70% of the populace) but our focus is on religion and imposing it on others. How can we advance in this case?

Edhi is right. Humanity is supposed to be our religion but how can we teach that to people who wear suicide jackets and blow themselves up?

isn't Islam's ultimate purpose is to serve humanity? this guy is a muslim who is helping humans with charity, nothing wrong with that. More muslims should be doing what he is because charity is one of main pillars of Islam, but obviously it seems muslims have forgotten why Islam was revealed to begin with.

This guy is a heretic, the person who posted this video is an apostate who should be beheaded according to Islamic law and you made plenty of blasphemies on this forum saying that Satan doesn't exist, suggesting that there is a chance du'as don't work and on top of that you are constantly being racist against Arabs and you call muslims extremists when they're only telling the truth.

Because like Ali (as) said : "You have to respect the non-muslims because even if they're not your brothers in faith, they're your brothers in humanity."

In other words, being a good muslim requires to be a good human in the first place.
