^Edge: I assume you have read the Quran, but sadly you think reading Quran has given you the right to decide who goes to hellfire and who doesn't. I will continue with my love of Allah and you continue with your love of jannah... we will let the judging part to Allah swt. ... ok ?

you are actually the one who is trying very hard to sound more noble than the rest of us .. not me.

i don't reject hellfire, i just don't take it as the sole purpose behind my worship.

And you'll continue with your rejecting of Allah(swt) which totally defeats your claims of loving Allah(swt). The Qur'an is very clear on who goes to hellfire and who doesn't; it's not an issue of right; it's just stating the Truth as it is.

The "judging part" is already done; read your Qur'an for the details.

I'm trying to help you realize how you're contradicting the Qur'an

I never said that is the sole purpose; but that has to be APART of the purpose. If you neglect that, you're following a totally different religion

As I have pointed out from the Qur'an you're supposed to seek heaven. if you don't, you're not "seeking his Pleasure".

^don't jump to conclusions, only fools do such a thing.... or a simple minded individual.

Thanks for trying to help me, but I don't think I need it in this matter. I did hear your arguments with open mind... but I will only do what is right to my mind, and what i believe Islam to be about. Islam is not about seeking jannah, it is about seeking Allah's pleasure, and Jannah will come as a reward. not the other way around.

I will seek Allah's pleasure and jannah will come with it inshaAllah (if Allah swt wills), you seek Jannah, and hopefully Allah's will, will come with it, inshaAllah...

I'm not jumping to conclusions you clearly stated your viewpoints. Only completely deceitful fakes attempt to scapegoat their statements by implying others are fools.

You don't need to hear my arguments; you need to actually look at the verse of the Qur'an that I posted so that you have the correct information.

You're lying against God, the Qur'an itself explicitly states, SEEK THE HERE AFTER, your stubbornness in ignoring the verses of the Qur'an for your self-serving interpretation.

What this means you're seeking to please your ego, and not God.

anyways for your benefit once more.

But seek the wealth which Allah has bestowed on you, the Home of the Hereafter, nor forget your portion in this World. But do good, as Allah has been good to you(Qur’an 28:77)

If you reject it this time. God's verdict is you're doomed for hell, not mine.

              you're blind to the Qur'an

you won't be seeking God's pleasure that way, just so you know.

How about the "ghilman" these are young boys like the young fabio, that will roam around janath. but here again the young boys are for the boy loving men (pedophile mullahs), The hadith is unclear about these for women. But as Ghani khan said long ago

"pa oor aw pa azab ki ba oosam laka dha khan
tha amsa pa las sharrah dha khazee na GHILMAN"

translation for the half-arabs: "in fire and torture (hell) I will live like a Khan (with dignity intact)
while you (the mulla in janath) with a long stick in hand run around to keep the 'Ghilman' from your wife"

So dear sister Allah is kind to all of us. LOL.

ghilman just means servant, plural of the word ghulam, refers to servant boy; they will be more like Justin Bieber, not Fabio. lol

all they'll do is serve people food and stuff, not exactly the sexual escapades you were hoping for Baygham

Yes you know more being more knowledgeable about arabian folklore but the mullahs in watan are drooling more about ghilmans than about hoors, and trust me it is not for their dinner etiquette.

BTW is it explicitly mentioned in the quran that the hoors are for orgies, they could be for sorting the dinner table too. LOL.

Well it states the hoors and the men will be served by the ghilman, so one would conclude the sex is with the hoors.

anyways I don't believe in this stuff literally, we Mu'taziliyeen reject literal paradise anyways.

In the minds of the mullahs in watan this has historic precedence as well, remember ghilmans were extensively used by monarchs including the revered mahmood ghaznavi and others in the thousands and they did call them ghilman with pride (not a coincidence that the quran should use the exact same word).

well that's an ad-hoc analysis; people often interpolate their own ideals onto things which aren't actually there. So it's not coincidence but not necessarily the intended vision of the Qur2an either. Islam emphaszes sexuality between male and female, and loatheful towards male-male sexuality. It would be unlikely that this is what was intended. Also the historical depictions here vary, although the term ghilman is used, the views of who the ghilman contrasted from merely servants to men who are pleasing. We should also be careful of perceiving sexuality in "Western" ways; where mere appreciation of male attractiveness is deemed homosexual. I'm sure you as a Watani have avidly snuggled and held hands with your friends without a passing erection (well I can't be too sure, but I am hoping that is the case). I think often the alleged homoeroticism is also merely an interpolation much of the time.

Off the Psych Rx again Baygham? I see they took off the straight jacket my forlorn psychotic brother and let you access a computer again.

Here is the deal. I have traveled through your slave "wataan" and I have encountered Mullahs. In my humble opinion, you inflate their bed of knowledge. I can illustrate this with a clear example.

One of the locals discussed the nature of Satan in a Quettan village . I told him Satan was a jinn according to the Quranic text. Of course, because the pashtuns are generally influenced by bani israel folklore, the room of people disagreed and vehemently insisted that I was wrong and that Satan was in fact a fallen angel. They had no verse reference. I gave them the verse referece in baqrah that may associate him with angels, but also referred them to the verse subsequently in the Quran that expands on this and directly calls him a djinn or spirit.

So the folks insisted I talk to the Mullah and clarify. The local mullah had no idea what the heck he was talking about and merely said something to the effect of "Oh son, Satan wasnt a jinn or an angel or a human... he was something else." This of course was because he had no idea about the answer and wanted to satisfy all the possible onlookers in case he was wrong.

So dont pertend with us here that these Mullahs are at the level of Ibn Tamiyaah, Ghazali, Hanbali, Maliki etc.

Its like doing Christianity the disservice of calling Jerry Falwall a preeminent scholar versus the real scholars like james moffatt, edgar goodspeed, or Bart Ehrman.

It just makes you sound plainly ignorant, petulant, and utterly and profoundly lacking in intelligence.

No one here cares a lick of a wit about your views on the Quran, the Sunnah, or the Prophet's life you raving lunatic.

How about we put that to the test? Ill light a camp fire and Id like you to sit in the middle of it. Perhaps we can grab Ghani Khan's bones and use them as fuel. Lets see whether you prefer those flames licking your bare behind or whether you prefer being given a stick. Cooked Baygham sounds like a treat.

The issue is not who is judging who. This issue of being judgement is something that you latch onto to avoid facts and practical demands that Islam makes on people. Facts based assessments do not have anything to do with being judgemental. For example, if a judgmental person says that Hajj is a fardh, that doesnt negate that fact.

While there is nothing wrong with the concept of loving God solely for the sake of loving him, you forget the basic prayer that most hanafites (Pashtuns tend to fall into this category) recite that derives from the Quran:
Allahuman rabanaa athinaa fidunyaa wa al akhiraa. (give me good in this life and the hereafter). God goes on to say that those who recite this are rightfully guided. So if the God that you profess to love prefers those that shoot for that higher goal and does not laud those in any verse ever in the Quran simply for loving him, then where do you derive your basis of belief from?

Its the same debate the Christians have been having for centuries regarding whether faith saves or good deeds saves a soul. The pentacostal church only recently modified their creed to say both faith (love of God/belief) and works must work together.

Islam on the other hand resolved this issue 1400 years ago with emphasis on
amanoo (belief) and wa amilos salihaathi (good deeds).
