    • evolution isnt a concept created by darwin, he just popularized it. how evolution factors into the creation of man, what is true or false or guesswork doesn't interest me much. though people in the past have touched on the issue, pre darwin, including ibn khaldun in the 14th century.

      from his book the muqaddimah
This world with all the created things in it has a certain order and solid construction. It shows nexuses between causes and things caused, combinations of some parts of creation with others, and transformations of some existent things into others, in a pattern that is both remarkable and endless. [...]

One should then take a look at the world of creation. It started out from the minerals and progressed, in an ingenious, gradual manner, to plants and animals. The last stage of minerals is connected with the first stage of plants, such as herbs and seedless plants. The last stage of plants, such as palms and vines, is connected with the first stage of animals, such as snails and shellfish which have only the power of touch. The word 'connection' with regard to these created things means that the last stage of each group is fully prepared to become the fist stage of the newest group.

The animal world then widens, its species become numerous, and, in a gradual process of creation, it finally leads to man, who is able to think and reflect. The higher stage of man is reached from the world of monkeys, in which both sagacity and preception are found, but which has not reached the stage of actual reflection and thinking. At this point we come to the first stage of man. This is as far as our (physical) observation extends. [pp 74-75]
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

      Sayyid Qutb

            from his book the muqaddimah
ibn khaldun is describing the categories of "things" and "evolution" per say.

In a paragraph prior to the above:

It 267should be known that we-May God guide you and us 268notice that this world with all the created things in it has a certain order and solid construction. It shows nexuses between causes and things caused, combinations of some parts of creation with others, and transformations of some existent things into others, in a pattern that is both remarkable and endless. Beginning with the world of the body and sensual perception, and therein first with the world of the visible elements, (one notices) how these elements are arranged gradually and continually in an ascending order, from earth to water, (from water) to air, and (from air) to fire. Each one of the elements is prepared to be transformed into the next higher or lower one, and sometimes is transformed. The higher one is always finer than the one preceding it. Eventually, the world of the spheres is reached. They are finer than anything else. They are in layers which are interconnected, in a shape which the senses are able to perceive only through the existence of motions. These motions provide some people with knowledge of the measurements and positions of the spheres, and also with knowledge of the existence of the essences beyond, the influence of which is noticeable in the spheres through the fact (that they have motion).

he notes the grades, as he says that the ascending order is from earth to water to air to water. These were greek ideas.

even aboriginal north americans have some sort of belief in it:

‘The luck attributed to a rabbit’s foot stems from a belief rooted in ancient totemism, the claim, predating Darwinism by thousands of years, that humankind descended from animals. Differing from Darwinism, however, totemism held that every tribe of people evolved from a separate species of animal. A tribe worshiped and refrained from killing its ancestral animal and employed parts of that animal as amulets, called totems.’ Panati, C., Extraordinary Origins of Everyday Things, Harper and Row, New York, p. 3, 1987.

So if Jahil people start worshiping rocks and trees, should we follow them too?

            • Didn't god say in the Quran that he turned some peoples from the Bani Israel to apes and swine, or was that a Hadith?

Alchemist, can you affirm this or is it wrong?

According to ahadith, those who are transformed don't survive longer than three days.

You might want to do some more reading before making such pronouncements
"Islam also has its own school of Evolutionary creationism/Theistic evolutionism, which holds that mainstream scientific analysis of the origin of the universe is supported by the Qur'an. Many Muslims believe in evolutionary creationism, especially among Sunni and Shia Muslims and the Liberal movements within Islam. Among scholars of Islam İbrahim Hakkı of Erzurum who lived in Erzurum then Ottoman Empire now Republic of Turkey in 18th century is famous of stating 'between plants and animals there is sponge, and, between animals and humans there is monkey'."[8]
18th century is before Darwin, who was 19th century.

Open your eyes, dont follow brainwashing

                    thanks

I don't remember the three days part. Its possible evolution came from the skeletons of these transformed humans.

God is the greatest, he created Darwin to trick people into believing this garbage. To test their faith. Like he said in Surah Rahman:

"Which is it? Which of thy favors of the lord do ye deny."
Idiot evolution is a proven...no rational human can deny it other than those dogmatic fools.
