              How does someone do that?
              ---
To advise others is an easy matter, the difficulty is accepting advice -- since it is bitter for those who follow their
              own inclinations and desires
              .

It just means to not eat so much food that you don't have any room to drink or you're so full that its kinda hard to breath. When eating 1/3 of your stomach should have water inside while 1/3 is food. the last 1/3 for air is not eating to ur maximum extent.

                    Title: Wajibat of Salaat

                    1)First two rakat with Qiraat
                    2)Read Surah Fatiha
3)Combining the surah after surah Fatiha
                    4)Sequence has to be followed
                    5)Stand Straight after ruku
                    6)Sit completely between two Sajdah
                    7)Dont Rush Pray Calmly
8)To sit on first (Qaidah) and third rakat, you must have to sit after second rakat.
9)Read Attihiyat in both Qaidah(Every two rakats)
10)Recite loud Fajr, Maghrib, Isha, Jumah, Eidain, Taraweeh, Witr, Ramadan. Recite quietly in ZUhr and Asr Salaat. Loud Recitations are called Jahri. Quiet ones are called Sirri.
                    11)Follower has to follow Imam
12)You must have to say Assalamalikum to end Salaat
13)Recite dua Qunoot in witr Salaat
14)Read Extra Takbeer in Eiden Salaat

Note: It is important to know these wajibat because if any of them are forgotten you have to do Sajdah-Sahw. By making the forgetfulness prostration, the prayer becomes proper. If one does not make the forgetfulness prostration, the prayer will have to be repeated.

                    How Sajdah sahw is performed:

The method of making the forgetfulness prostration is that in the last rakaat the person should recite the at-tahiyyaat only and thereafter make salaam towards the right only and thereafter make two sajdahs. He should then repeat the at-tahiyyaat and thereafter recite the durood, dua, make salaam to both sides and thereby complete his prayer.
